Supply and fixing hot water pipe 20 mm bore complete duly insulated with glass wool 25 mm thick of density 144kg/cum conforming to IS-9842 lagging to pipe all around and providing aluminium cladding 0.1mm thick on the pipe section all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Microprocessor based single phase tamper proof with sealing option based smart prepaid energy meter with provision of conversion into post paid at the time of emergency,surface mount type and of rating 240 Volts, 50 HZ, of range 10-60 Amps, conforming to IS16444 with LCD display and various instantaneous & billing parameters with suitable range wide area network Communication suitable for outdoor suitable Range data accumulator and compatible for Prepaid online energy monitoring through remote software / data export complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sub Main Wiring using 3 x 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multi stranded copper conductor cable(Phase, neutral and earth wire) drawn through and incl PVC flexible pipe of suitable size including making connection of cable with MCBs through proper size copper/brass thimbles complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of submain wire (phase and neutral), and one run of earth including PVC flexible conduit and accessories will be measured as one run.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of Outdoor suitable Range accumulate Protocal and the data transfer to the existing installed Software incl hosting, GPRS charges of sim card of DCU for 2year warranty from date of completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a)The cost of pole /fixing /mounting arrangement on which the accumulator to be installed and SMPS power supply is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (b) Above referred data accumulator/DCUs/Gate ways must have internal memory to store data of minimum 100 single/three phase meters data should have inbuilt battery backup of minimum six hours. (c) Bidder will provide necessary sim card/infratructure for comminication and GPRS charges for two year period.

Supplying, Fixing, Commissioning and testing of configuration of Cloud Hosted multi user web based software for automatic meter reading & generate monthly energy data with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the data concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system would also support offline meter data entry. The meter data management system would capture and provide the follwing data:

(a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for instantaneous & kWh & demand (b) Monthly and quarterly data for cumulative energy and demand. (ii) Billing Module: The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate billing determinant and make monthly energy data available to admin and end users. (iii) Occupation and vacation Module: The System would support occupation/ vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. (iv) Customer portal: The system would include a customer portal for the resident/ occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data & generate online recharge coupon for meter recharge. (v) Energy Accounting Module: The system would include features of energy accounting. the system would be able to account for total energy block wise. (vi) Communication module: The system should provide conmmunication of energy data and bills via app, print, email, etc methods (vii) Meter Master Data : The system would support meter data repository. All fasteners shall be of stainless steel of grade SS316. Two Nos of anti theft fasteners of stainless steel on two diagonally opposite corners of each modules shall be provided, complete all as specified and directed..
