Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying cables, pipes, etc. all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil, road cutting, etc. for laying cables, pipes, etc. all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in approved excavated earth including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for double wall corrugated HDPE pipes, conforming to IS-14930-2001, ISI marked, 63mm outer dia, as in cable protection, fixed to poles/ walls with necessary MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers or laid in trenches/ under roads/ crossing etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric LT UG cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 240 Sqmm x 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/ duct or fixed to wall including provision of necessary lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules, connecting up , testing and commissioning complete including taking down existing unserviceable cable of any description all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, HDPE/ GI pipe for protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Taking down existing electric LT UG cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, any cross sectional area and relaying the same in trenches/ passing through pipe/ duct or fixed to wall including provision of necessary lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules, connecting up, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, HDPE/ GI pipe for protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for Rubber insulating mat for HT 11 KV, 2m x 1m size, 25 mm thick including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber insulating mat for LT 1100 Volts, 2m x 1m size, 12 mm thick including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx 6mm burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm (7.5m long) by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers and 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead and connected to control board of transformer and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade (7.5m long) for watering arrangement and GI funnel all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, dust salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100mm C/C both ways and with 8mm dia MS hook complete and testing all as specified and directed.

Fabricating, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder Pillar Box, outdoor type, factory made from CPRI approved manufacturer, 415 volts , 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed, weather, vermin and dust proof, both sides operated with inner shutter and outer double door with locking arrangement and ventilator slots, cable trays, incoming/ outgoing cable glands, thimbles, lugs, etc. of suitable size, danger board, etc. and painting with epoxy powder coated over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer suitable to accommodate and including the following mentioned fittings with internal copper wiring complete including 50x50x5mm size MS angle frame fixed 300mm above GL and 450mm below GL duly grouted in and including PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C1 of suitale size and depth including taking down existing feeder pillar box of any description capacity and type and re-fixing the existing cables to new panel all as specified and as directed.
