Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a smooth finish including centring, shuttering, strutting, propping and centring with wooden battens and ballies fo all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of grade M20 ( M- Twenty) to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm2( Twenty Newton per metre square) with minimum cement content of 350.00 kg( three hundred fifty kilogramme) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto all floor levels in all heights/ depth including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement makes of TATA/SAIL,/ Jindal, Panther Steel for reinforcement cement concrete work including bending, binding, straightening and placing in position including the cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 ( One cement : six coarse sand) in super structur upto all floor levels in all heights including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in single sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ), including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In flats as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In grating,frames, framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, grooves and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
