REPAIR/MAINT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT ALONGWITH AND OTHER MISC WORKS UNDER AGE E/M (WEST) OF GE (WEST) AGRA

M&L for removing the sludge /concrete peices/bricks bats deposited inside the Sewage well circular type of dia upto 7 mtr and depth upto 20 mtr, having sludge upto 6 feet + 1.0 Feet height from the bottom of well completely by manually from inside the pipe/suction/delivery line of pump and de-watering the sewage well with pump or any other method including removing the unwanted substances like polythene bags, chappels, plastic bottles etc and disposing the sludge out of Agra Cantonment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Contractor shall ensure the full safety of Labour working inside the well in all respect. (b) Safety belts, safety mask etc should be provided by the contractor for the persons working inside the well. (c) any T & P required will be arranged by contractor and rates are inclusive in job (d) The contractor will close the manholes at the entrance of the well so that no sewage flows into the chamber at the time of cleaning.

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage and removing of settled down sewage sludge cum mud/de-silting etc from equalisation tank/well including grit bar chamber and de-watering the equalisation tank/well with pump or any other method including removing the unwanted substances and disposing the sludge out of Agra Cantonment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank completly by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually. (b) White Washing the inner surface of tank completely . (c) The contractor should ensure the safety of the labourers cleaning the tank and must have all the safety equipments with all the labourers. (d) The contractor will close the manholes at the entrance of the STP so that no sewage flows into the chamber at the time of cleaning. (e) any T & P required will be arranged by contractor and rates are inclusive in job.

Material and labour for cleaning of FAB reactor media chambers, tube settlers, filter feed tanks, treated water tanks, setteling tanks and clean water collection chambers by taking out Bio media and cleaning thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc manually and replacing air pipe of FAB reactor chambers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank completly by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually and disposing the sludge out of Agra Cantonment complete at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (c) The contractor should ensure the safety of the labourers cleaning the tank and must have all the safety equipments with all the labourers. (d) any T & P required will be arranged by contractor and rates are inclusive in job.

Material and labour for taking out sewage pump motor set of any type and capacity with connecting column pipe and rope for cleaning of clogged pump impeller manually after opening impeller casing and lowering of same after cleaning in to sewage well/tank by connecting column pipe and rope complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (a)The contractor should ensure the safety of the labourers cleaning the tank and must have all the safety equipments with all the labourers.rates are inclusive of all T&P required. (b) any T & P required will be arranged by contractor and rates are inclusive in job. (c) Complaint will be rectified within 24 hours otherwise Rs 1000 penalty will be charged for every 8 hours.

M & L for fiber base FAB media for development of bacterias round in shape/hexagonal devided in multi layers to increase the surface area of media (as per sample) ( MBBR Media MOC-P/P-HDPE- Virgin) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement tube settler media PVC hexagonal shape with angle correction of 60 degrees in the existing tube settler complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for replacement of the sludge bed upper drain gate (location:-252 AD Bty STP) poly proplyene sliding type-18 nos with MS frame at STPs complete including all grouting and PCC work all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for replacement of the sludge bed upper drain gate (location:-WAC line STP) poly proplyene sliding type-04 nos with MS frame at STPs complete including all grouting and PCC work all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for cleaning of sludge formed on sludge bed (06 Nos of dry bed & sludge nalis) including taking out the solidified sludge ,cleaning of sludge passage and disposing the sludge out of Agra Cantonment complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-Complaint will be rectified within 24 hours otherwise Rs 1000 penalty will be charged for every 8 hours.
