Cleaning of toilet, passage stair case, terrace at Guest House, Sub-Divisions, offices including all material as toilet acids, brushes, brooms, PVC pipes, cotton waste, napthlin balls, odonils , etc with all required labour including cleaning & sweeping of toilet etc complete. For 12 months period (Rates Ecluding GST)

Cleaning of sanitory network as & when required of offce Building including all labour, tools, material etc complete as directed by Engineer- In-Charge ( Rates Excluding GST) .

Removal of grass from Office Building premises including all labour, tools, material etc complete as directed by Engineer- In-Charge ( Rates Excluding GST)

Cleaning of plot premises of residential family Class II, Class III & Class IV quarters premises by brooming & removing & including disposing off all the dust or waste material in a month for one time as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Rates Excluding GST)

Cleaning of passages, staircases terraces, of residential family Class I, Class II, Class III & Class IV quarters premises including all materials such as acid, brushes, brooms, cotton waste, PVC pipe etc with all labour for one month. (Rates Exclding GST)

Cleaning elevated water storage Reservoir within a given period, by using bleaching powder at the rate of 14 gm/sq.m .washing thrice potassium permanganate at the rate of 2.50 gm/sq.m. finally, cleaning washing by using nylon brush, coir string and duster, bailing out water etc. complete. i)Tank capacity up to 2,000 litre. (Rates Excluding GST)

Cleaning of sanitary network as & when required for staff Quarters including all labours, tools .. etc complete. (Rates Excluding GST)

Removal of grass from Staff Quarter and WTP premises including all labours, tools .. etc complete. (Rates Excluding GST)

Collection of garbage from road side in MIDC area, conveyance by truck upto disposal point as directed including all leads & lifts, loading, unloading, spreading levelling, disposing etc. complete. (Rates Excluding GST)

Removing of dead animal from industrial area with labour, tools, transportation etc complete. (Rates Excluding GST )

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing etc. complete(Rates are excluding GST)

The maintenance of drains include erosion, repair, clearing, cleaning, reshaping, regrading, deepening of side drains as well as catch water drains etc. complete. (rates Excluding GST)

Engaging JCB for excavation of rain water gutter and other misc. works in PH-I, PH-II, PH-III and Old Jalna Indl. Area as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of unskilled labour etc complete of rain water gutter and other misc. works in PH-I, PH-II, PH-III and Old Jalna Indl. Area as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area . (Rates Excluding GST)

Labour charges for removing grass, thorney shrubs, Jungli shrub, Kubabul and alike grass along roadside making the ground clean by showel and phavaras etc. complete. (Rates Excluding GST)

Cutting down trees including trunks and branches with girths above 30cm to 60cm and stacking the materials neatly with all lifts and lead of 1000m as directed and earth filling in the depression / pit if any.
