REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF OF CEILING FANS/EXHAUST FAN / WALL MOUNTED FANS AND AND REWIRING WITH FITTINGS/FIXTURES AT SECTOR I UNDER THE AOR OF GE DEOLALI

Taking down ceiling fans of any type and size after disconnecting from existing ceiling rose to connector and clamp hooks and tronsportation to work shop, cleaning externally, dismantling and examining the rotor, startor, bearings, bushes, winding etc; for serviceability and repairing/replacing the defective parts subsequently oiling, greasing, assembling, testing for proper functioning,checking for safety security and proper locking, transporting back to building/site from work shop, hanging and connecting the New electrical connections with new two core flexible wire 01 mtr, testing for noise free smooth running etc as directed. Note :- (i) Minimum 15 Nos ceiling fan any type to be repaired in One Day. (ii) All repairs to be carried out in AGE E/M store Yard. (iii) Repair/replacement of parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking down old unserviceable rusted ceiling fan blades and providing new ceiling fan blades with fixing new screws as appropriate shape and size suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old unserviceable rusted ceiling fan blades and providing new ceiling fan blades with fixing new screws as appropriate shape and size suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out existing worn out nut, bolt, rubber bush, cotter pin, and supply and fix new metallic clamps, rubber bush, nut bolt, washer and cotter pin and for various types of ceiling fans to complete the repair work all as directed.

M & L for painting of ceiling fans along with blades of any make/model of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep with spray paint including filling cavities with filler white in colour synthetic enameled paint, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective/worn out bearing of any make and supply and fix new bearing suitable for various makes of ceiling fans of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking out defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 2.5 mfd of approved make for various makes of ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking out defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 1.5 mfd of approved make for various makes of ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking out worn out Gun metal bush and supply and fix new Gun metal bush for various makes of ceiling fans of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking out defective/burnt out windings of ceiling fans of various makes of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep working on 230/250 volt single phase AC supply and rewinding with supper enamelled new copper wire of appropriate gauge including varnishing with good quality varnish' baking up, reassembling the fan, testing including replacement of connector, flexible wire of size 23/0.0040 three core up to one metre all as directed.
