Complete removal of existing APP water proofing membrane of any thickness over roof slabs/ parapets etc complete all as speciifed and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position including padding concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softning point not less than 140 degree celcius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/sqcm, side lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible bitumen primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm and aluminium paint at 0.10 kg/sqm finished on top complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 12 mm thick Gypsum Board as in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

GI frame work for grid of size 605mm x 605mm seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2m length) of 0.55 thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.
