Design and Consultancy services for Water Treatment Plant Rapid Sand Filte 10000 GPH Capacity at STC BSF Udhampur

Design & Consultancy for 10,000 GPH Water Treatment Plant (RSF Technology) Scope of Work: 1. Site visit, data collection and assessment of raw water source & quality. 2. Process design and hydraulic design of complete RSF-based WTP including flash mixer, flocculator, sedimentation tank, rapid sand filters, reservoir, backwash system and sludge disposal. 3. Structural design of all RCC units including foundations and stability calculations. 4. Mechanical design including selection of pumps, motors, dosing system, filters, valves and backwash arrangements. 5. Electrical design including load calculation, SLD, panels, earthing and instrumentation. 6. Preparation of detailed GFC drawings (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical). 7. Vetting of all drawings and structural calculations from a Government Engineering College / Government Technical Institution and submission of vetting certificate. 8. Preparation of detailed cost estimate and item-wise BOQ (DSR based). 9. Consultancy during execution including site visits (as required). 10. Assistance during testing, trial run and commissioning of the plant.
