Supply, installed, test and commissioning of automatic power factor control panel 150 KVAR, having 12 Banks, panel fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame of 40 x 40 x 6mm, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide with following:-

(i) Aluminium bus- bar 400 Amps,supported with suitable size Porcelain insulators , suitable size brass nut, bolts and washers with heat shrinkable colour coded PVC sleeving for 3 phase & neutral . - 01 Set (ii) MCCB, TPN, 36 KA, 320A adjustable type suitable for capacitor bank-1No iii)APFC Relay with Auto mode -1No. iv) Capacitor MPP-H , 3 Phase, 415Volts, 50HZ 150KVAR ie ( 25x5+10x1+5x2 +3x1+2x1=150KVAR) V) MCB with contactor for Capacitor switching vi) Bank ON/OFF indication lamps vii) Cooling fan ,SP, 230 Volts.-1Nos / As required. Make shall be L&T / Mehear/ EE / CG/ Neptune.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning LT Feeder piller board out door type cubicle panel boardsuitable for 3 phase,4 wire 415 volt 50 hz factory febricated approved CPRI powder coated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle iron sectiom 40X40X6mm frame with front and back openable double door system with locking arragement louver and air vent gaket for netural flow of air with conopy, inner compartment made out of 2 mm the CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each MCCB of incoming and outgoing with lockable arragement with aluminium bus bar three phase and neutral of capacity of 400 amp marked red, yelllow, black and blue inslulators, made of high strength insulated material suitable 1100 voltage all controll PVC wires shall be with 2.5 sq mm multistrand copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied, frerruled for proper indication , Panel shall be grouted in PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed with following accessories:-

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of any type soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , complete all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 Cm deep over the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying bricks old size sub class B bricks common burnt bldg bricks laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed or indicated including testing on completion. NOTES 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 5.00 meter above groung level.

M&L cutting PCC/floor/road and taking out cable and making good, with material as per existing after laying of pipe for cable protection including Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or lessall as specified and directed size of trench not more than 0.30 x 0.30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of GI Pipe medium grade on wall/floor for cable protection with fixing arrangement size 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT under ground cable of any size and rating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE heavy duty armoured electric under ground cable aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/on pole through sleeves etc for the following size complete all as specified and directed.

Cross sectional area 70 Sqm 3.5 Core.

Cross sectional area 50 Sqm 3.5 Core.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32 x 6 mm GI strip laid in pipe/ fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including jointing by using GI nuts, bolts, washer and saddle in addition to welding complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for outdoor/indoor LT panel board/Capacitor Panels/feeder pillar boxes with welding of front/Back side covers ,necessary hinges, locking system with 300mm long MS sliding door bolt 16mm dia, rubber gasket of appropriate size including proper fixing with nut bolts etc with minor spare parts and spray painting with one coat of synethetic enamel paint outer & innner side with two coat of lime wash on plinth of panel board including connected accessories in any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replace MCCB ,4 pole, 50 Hz capacity (thermal adjustable type) complete all as specified and directed for following capacity

Trimming/Cuting of bushes and grass of Substations/MES Installations and surrounding of Panel board feeder piller boxes at various location and dumping/staging 50 mtr from existing point complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of cpacitor and taking out old unserviceable cpacitor of any capacity form capacitor panel from substations located at Dronachal area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing long life mixed dielectric capacitors 440V, 3 phase,50Hz confirming to IEC-60831-1 & 2, with over pressure device for disconnection, having low energy losses (≤ 0.2W/KVAR), resistance to high temperature range (- 25°C + 70°C) of following KVAR (including safety cap) with minimum 1 year warranty, including all wiring work for making capacitor functional in all respect complete all as specified and directed for following KVAR :- Make : Neptune Ducati (Model :LL-M capacitor) or equivelant in Mehar/Schinder/Malday.

Taking out old unsv MCB/Multifunctional meter of any size any description and issuing under schedule of credit.
