MAINT AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE WIRING MCBs, MCCBs, DBs, LIGHTs, SUMMER AND WINTER APPLIANCES INCLUDING ATTENDING DAY TO DAY PETTY COMPLAINTS AT KHANPUR TRANSIT CAMP, DUNDAHERA MIL STN, MANESAR ARMY CAMP, INDUBINOLA

(iv) In addition to the above, the contractor shall arrange and maintain all necessary T&P required for execution of the work, such as multimeter , necessary electrical tools bag, tape roll , washers and screws of all sizes, , drilling machine with bits, and the like, including necessary safety measures, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) The cost of all the above arrangements, obligations, T&P, consumables, labour, safety measures, and incidental requirements shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective items and no extra payment whatsoever shall be admissible on this account.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or pwer) complete including fitting and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable submain wiring any size of two core including earth wire complete including batten/ conduit and make good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable, distribution board any type including/ sheet metal enclosures, after removing all connection and make good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring using FRLS-H PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm drawn through and including PVC conduit of min 20 mm dia by Cutting chases for conduits and sinking's for boxes and making good to walls, floors etc for concealed conduit wiring with modular flush box metal of GI sheet minimum 1.8 mm thick with earth terminal for safety, flush metal GI box of required modules as per site requirement and modular plate with support frame white in colour of required modules including all fittings i.e. tees, bands and junction boxes, screws etc. complete for One light/Fan point controlled by one switch 6 Amps one way using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sq mm earthing) Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate complete for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch. Note:- (a) wiring shall be done by using colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour.
