Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as directed

Dismantling structural steel framed trusses of any type not exceeding 10m span all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated) sheets of any description in roof coverings all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Fixing only mild steel work as in wind ties for roof NOTE: Serviceable flat iron obtained from dismantling shall be fixed under this item after proper cleaning

S&F Mild steel structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

All as per Sl. item No 8 here-in-before but fixing only NOTE: Serviceable structural steel members obtained from dismantling shall be fixed under this item after proper cleaning including necessary welding as required at site.all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

S&F Mild steel steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St 240

S&F welded steel wire fabric of weight not exceeding 4 Kg per Sqm complete to wood or steel frame members all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Dismantling boarding of any description ,fixed in any position with nails

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing

S&F in repair 4mm thick desinger pattern AC ceiling board of size 595mmx595mm with powder coated GI frame work of grid 600mmx600mm of Make Everest fixed with 4/6mm dia GI wires hanged from roof truss with and including applying two coats of oil bound distemper

S&F in repair for powder coated galvanized snap grid frame work of size 605X605mm for false ceiling all as specified including vinyl laminated MPL gypsum panels (gyptec) 9mm of size 600X600mm fixing with staples on snap grid by means of GI wire not less than 4mm dia hooks and rawl plugs etc C/C of Make: Gyptec/ Armstrong or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair anodised aluminium snap grid standard frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605mmx605mm and including providing 12mm thick perforated particle board /tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes ,600mmx600mm in size,fixed to aluminium frame work all as specified and directed

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry all as specified and directed

M& L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

S&F 0.80 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but bent to curve (of any radius)

S&F in repair,2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23 above but fixing only AC sheets . NOTE : Serviceable AC sheets obtained from dismantling shall be fixed under this item after proper cleaning with new hooks and nuts all as specified and directed.

S&F Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick, fixed with L-type of J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 above but except AC ridge sheet NOTE : Serviceable AC sheets obtained from dismantling shall be fixed under this item after proper cleaning with new hooks and nuts.

M&L for preparing new Steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old Steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

S&F Multi rib TMT profile high tensile, 550 MP yield strength, colour coated galvalume steel sheets 0.45 mm thick as in roof covering having maximum pitch of 250mm centre to centre and minimum 28mm crest depth in length, as per site requirement fixed with self drilling/self taping screws, EDPM seal end lap 100mm and side lap one corrugation complete all as per the Manufactures instruction and as directed.

All as per item No 29 here in before but plain sheet as in ridge sheet having width 600mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates,roof bands etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed

M&L for mild steel plates, guesset plates and the like (plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched forming holes, without any attchement , grade Fe -290 (Gde E 165) all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 16mm to 20mm , with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15 cm and not exceeding 22.5 cm long

M&L for removing existing water proof treatment of any description and cleaning the roof surface with wire brushes ,depositing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed to a distance not exceeding 50m and applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane wighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160gm/sqm including (minimum) 10cm side over lays and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane finished with solar reflective bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.1Kg/sqm all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement on roof surfaces finished fair and even .NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item

M&L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile complete all as specified and directed.
