Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (HSR 6.30.1) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc.complete in all respect below plinth level. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. (HSR 6.33.6) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor four level precast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams and bressumers, including setting in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering and shuttering but ,excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) . (HSR 6.46)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied@ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) (HSR 11.93.1)

Painting the wooden / metal surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (HSR 11.82.1) Two or more coats on new work

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (HSR 13.27)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses kg 14 70 84 and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (HSR 13.28)

Refixing of barbed wire fencing with available barbed wire & R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of available barbed wire, between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (only the cost of labour is paid, all the material is available and provided by department ) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. (HSR 34.29.2)(Labour Rate)

Pile Foundation Bored cast-in-situ M35 grade R.C.C. Pile using Hydraulic Rig excluding reinforcement complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead up to 1000 m. Pile diameter-400 mm (NS) Note : Item will be executed as per design vetted by IIT/ Govt. Institute etc. as per soil condition.

Providing and fixing of Concertina wire complete in all respect. (1.30 kg/ mtr) (NS)
