M&L for replacement of push and pull type emergency stop switch, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for replacement of 3 pole 10 Amp AC contactor with 2 NO & 2 NC with auxiliary contact, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement forward and reverse push start switch, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED indicator lamp, any colour as per site, including connected control wiring, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair steel wire rope of dia 8mm upto 1770 N/Sqmm tensile strength, ungalvanised, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing of equipment complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm.× 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to existing earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and and necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement ) incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect,including copper earth strip 20 x 3.15mm, 40mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point as directed, incl disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion including taking down/dismantling of old unserviceable earthing of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth result after installation completely should be less than 5 Ohm.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in deep for foundation etc. or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manhole, pair house etc. n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 50mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core including taking down old unserviceable UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.63,926.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
