S&F for factory made plain framed paneled shutter (two panel) 35 mm thick with locking rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both face, size of rail and style as per IS 1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated 2nd class hard wood.

S&F for Solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube with rebated, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank not exc 250 litres setting aside for cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position.

M&L for applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including wall care putty on new plastered surface of walls

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete for foundation.

M&L for Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 mtr mean Radius, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type, B0 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, rounded or chamferred on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra forming fair finished to drain or channel 15 cm innner girth in cement concrete surface using extra cement, including forms, mouldes, mitred ends etc complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 set in CM (1:4) as in cover slab and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cracking bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc completed as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm dia salt glazed stoneware drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed etc complete as specified and directed (depth upto 1.5 mtr).

(from existing panel to VTPN DB.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loss soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming botton surface to required levels for drain,manhole or laying cables in soft/loss soil complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punning thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation complete all as directed. Note : Punned thickness only shall be mearured for payment

Returning, filling in trenches in layers n.exc 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling and well remming in soft / lose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soft/lose soil complete as directed

Supply & laying common burnt, clay building bricks, sub class 'B' designation over the sand cushioning in cable trenched for protection of cables (LT) al as specified and as directed
