Cleaning of existing surfaces, removing of existing loose plastering with wire brush and electric grinder scrubbing down with water. (a) Cleaning and racking , cutting out cracks and construction joints and filling up cracks and construction joints with pressurised low shrink cementious grout MASTERCRETE ( M-81) (b) Providing 10 to 20 mm PVC nipple minimum 3 Nos per /Sqm and injecting cement based grouting with expandable grouting MASTER GROUT ( CPG-1) and MASTERCRETE ( M-81) to fill to saturate to plugs and all honeycombing etc. (c) Providing 10 to 20 mm PVC nipple minimum 3 Nos per /Sqm and injecting cement based grouting with expandable grouting MASTER GROUT ( CPG-1) and MASTERCRETE ( M-81) to fill to saturate to plugs and all honeycombing etc. (d) Provding and making GITTI gola to the bottom joints of the tank with construction chemical MASTER LATEX and polymer mortar. (e) Providing over all surfaces with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing high compound as per manufacture and finished even and smooth surfaces etc complete. (f) Removal and cleaning of all debrish from the out of defance land including scaffolding & T&P etc as directed . M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any desription , over 10 cm in girth not otherwise described two coat synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide compete

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or stone/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete with water proofing compound all as specified. (WPC shall be measured separtely)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bond distemper on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying three coats of white washing on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of external Weather proof emulsion paint on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 20 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any position, including taking out embeded portion,concrete, brick work, masonary etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire, chain link, mesh fencing or any type and any position etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hand rails, half rounded or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for door,balusters, noising to steps including embedding in concrete and screweing etc wind ties including securing bolts post and struts in fencing drilling holes,notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including necessary drilling, bolting and reveting etc or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured).

M&L for Mild Steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild Steel nuts and bolts of size 12mm dia bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long etc and dia of neck 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing 4mm dia bar and mesh size 100x100mm complete including line wires of any mesh size and to any type of standards ails, straining bolts etc including provisioning of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7/450X250x7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 250 x 250 x 22mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick , Plain cement concrete, (Nominal Mix), Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floors finished rough surface to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L precast cement concrete jallies 25 mm thick type B0 1:2:4(measured solid set in cement mortar 1:4 incl all moulding and necessry form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L, for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60 mm thick,any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006,M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over old existing sand cushioning, complete all as specified.

Taking down steel rolling shutters manually operated type with ball bearing cover hood and channel, anchoring rod etc of size upto 25 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp & staple & one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to existing steel rolling shutters without ball bearing by taking down top cover, anchoring rod, spring etc and providing new springs and anchoring rod, replacing the worn out strips, safety lever lock of shutters and welding of handle, hasp staple and other broken articles etc, greasing the spring, guide rail, shaft etc and making functional and errecting in position, including refixing of top cover/hood etc, and refixing in same opening and making good in CM 1:3/PCC to match the existing surface, opening n.exc. 10 sqm each and finally painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning the existing surfaces and removal of debris , loose particles , grass etc and existing water proofing roof treatment completely and repairing the cleaned surfaces through repair mortar and providing chemical injection grouting and angle filets ( if required ) and treatment of pipe entry with hybird PU sealant dual shrinkage compensated micro conrete. Applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin hardner in 1:1 ratio with water dilution as per anufacturerinstructions applying 2 coats of solvent based polyrethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV having SRI valve greater than eual to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg/sm ( each coat), 2nd coat shuld be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely including 40mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roof finished even and fair without using extra cement and all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.(Note:-Using roller for painting and use scrapping machine for scrapping work)

M&L for prepration of old steel/iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered/unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint (including wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces), complete all as specifed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered/unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty (including wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces), complete all as specifed.

M&L for new plastered surfaces applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium external weatherproof paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick wall care putty. complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glasses (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares n.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding tap, chain, plug but including for fixing of taps,waste fitting, brackets and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets but fixed in repair complete all as specified.

M&L in repair 10 litre capacity PVC, low level, valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, inlet ball valve, float valve, handle and fixing arrangement, 32 mm dia PVC flushing pipe and 15mm dia 450mm long PVC connection with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washer at both ends (fixed in repair), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
