Breakdown maintenance of A.C. Compressor system No.2 & 3 (Reciprocating type) Charges for Mettron R22 Gas loading for the A.C. Compressor Model AC1670 and leak testing the entire compressor system. (Mettron gas will be supplied by TANGEDCO).

Charges for draining the dirty lub oil with necessary precaution from the crank case, dismantling all the inspection cover, filter cover and filter, Cleaning the dirty oil completely in the crank case and filter housing, then assembling the inspection cover, filter, filter cover and filling oil in the crank case up to the level reached the ½ of the sight glass and leak testing.

Charges for de-coupling the motor from compressor, then dismantling of suction strainer assembly, discharge valve NRV for checking and cleaning, replacement of shaft seal and re-assembling.

Breakdown maintenance of Air handling units Model 12:- Charges for removing Blower/motor pulley from the shaft and then re-fixing the new pulley / replacing pulley into the shaft.

Charges for removing damaged bearing from the blower shaft, cleaning the drive end / non-drive end bearing seating area and replacing the new Plummer block and bearing and then greasing.

Charges for blower motor positioning on the bed, balancing blower, aligning motor with blower and providing belt and adjusting belt tension & commissioning satisfactorily.

Model 7 & 5 :- Charges for removing blower pulley and the damaged bearing from the blower shaft, cleaning the drive end / non-drive end bearing seating area and then re-fixing the new pulley and bearing and then greasing and aligning motor with blower.

Model 7:- Charges for dismantling and assembling the back side door to remove the defective shaft and the Impeller replacing with new one after assembling the drive end and non-drive end bearing, fixing the pulley and aligning motor with blower.

Model 5:- Charges for dismantling and assembling the back side door to remove the defective shaft and the Impeller replacing with new one after assembling the drive end and non-drive end bearing, fixing the pulley and aligning motor with blower.

Breakdown maintenance of Air washer System Charges for removing AWS Blower pulley from the shaft by heating and then re-fixing the pulley into the shaft.

Breakdown maintenance of Gate valves in A.C. Plant, AC.
