Taking down unserviceable post top / security light /flood light / mast Light fittings from pole / structure for repair / checking and identifying of faulty wirings, cleaning of fittings, cover, etc. and re-assembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with the electrical line complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:-Replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items here in after.

S&F as in repairs 20 watt LED post top with cool day white light effect and efficient light distribution and IP65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Crompton, Cat No- LPTH-20-CDL or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

S&F as in repairs 120 Watt LED Flood light fitting, LED Flood light luminaires with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass, IP66 in order to ensure better performance of the luminaires including clamp, nut, bolt and other accessories for fixing including cable for connection complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Crompton, Cat part No. TFS-504-120-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

All as per serial Item No. 3 here-in-before but 150 Watt LED Flood light fitting. Make: Crompton, Cat part No. CFS-501-150-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

All as per serial Item No. 3 here-in-before but 90 Watt LED street light fitting. Make: Crompton Cat part No. TRP-411-90-57-SL-GL-NSG or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

All as per serial Item No. 3 here-in-before but 30 Watt LED street light fitting. Make: Crompton Cat part No. TRP-400-30-57-SL-LM-NSL or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

M&L for as in repairs PVC insulated three core 2.5 sqmm multistrand aluminium conductor for connection of security light from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, including taking out and laying of cables, brick etc. and getting out as in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing with walls /poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, etc. and kept in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Earth Work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items here-in-after)

Re-laying only old brick in trenches for under ground cable over the sand cushioning for cable protection (serviceable bricks obtained from Item here-in-before) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of Sand cushioning shall only be measured).

S&F Sub-Class 'B' brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG Cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches or passing through pipe/ on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sq.mm, 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches or passing through pipe/ on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 70 sq.mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches or passing through pipe/ on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sq.mm, 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs galvanised Iron Pipe 40 mm Bore (dia) ‘Light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm bore under road / foot path not exc. 10.00 mtr in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pipe to be measured separately.

M&L for earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including Pit in Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type-C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, including necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for as in repairs rewinding of high mass light integrated pole motor up to 2 HP capacity with good quality varnishing motor winding to improve the insulation capacity and refixing the motor set after repair and overhauling complete. Rate are inclusive of winding, bearing, gasket and all other items related to motor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable junction box 200X160X98mm in size, made out of thermoplastic, having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32 -02 No & M-25 -01 No) fixed on poles with aluminium clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Hensel Cat No. K-9250 or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

S&F as in repairs 20 watt integrated LED tube light fitting 4 ft, suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including electrical connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area) complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Crompton, Cat No. CCS-102-20-65-SL-DP-NWH or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

S&F as in repairs 10 watt integrated LED tube light fitting 2 ft, suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including electrical connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area) complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Crompton, Cat No. CCS-102-10-65-SL-DP-NWH or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

S&F of cubical housing cabinet type LT panel board OUT door type, with suitable controll circuit for automatic swiching ON/OFF operation of the high mast light, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 14 SWG (3.15mm) thick CRCA MS Sheet of overall size 600mm (length) x 450 mm(width) x 350 mm (depth) and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work, having front and rear hinged doors, Gl earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and apply powder coated paint (RAL-7032) The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and necessary foundation work and comprising following:-

BUS BAR CHAMBER:- (a) Sheet steel bus bar chamber having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity TP&N solid aluminium bus bars, rated 120 amps supported at required intervals sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleevings. The bars shall be colour coded at required intervals for identification - SET OF 4, 1 No.

INCOMER:- (a) MCCB of 4 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz of capacity 63 amps with breaking capacity of 25 KA, thermal magnetic type - 1 Nos. OUTGOING FEEDERS:- (a) MCB of 3 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz of capacity 32 amps - 2 Nos.

4.INDICATING DEVICES:- (a) LED indicating lamps for main supply indicating R', Y' B' - Set of 3. (b) Time switch - 01 No. (c) Power contactor 3 pole 32 Amps. (d) Push button.

S&F as in repairs surface mounting LED 2ft x2ft luminaire of capacity 36W with white powder coated CRCA housing with LEDs and full window acrylic diffuser etc.complete with all acessories internally prewired suitable for sigle phase 230volts 50Hz AC supply including connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area) complete all as specified. Make :- Crompton, Cat No.LCTLSNE-36-FO-CDL or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
