Since the work is to be carried out in sites near to construction, utmost safety shall be ensured for the labourers invovled with all the safety gears like helmet, safety shoes, gloves etc and the required insurance shall be ensured by the vendor before commencement of the work. 2.The work may be executed during night hours also due to traffic and other related issues for which the agency shall not be paid anything extra 3. In some sites, the work shall be executed in coordination with multiple vendors like CMRL, TANGEDCO, GCC, etc and necessary coordination / premission will be the responsibility of the vendor.4. Safety of the laboures wil be complete responsibility of the vendor 5. Proper earth value shall be ensured and chamber covers for the earth shall be properly constructed to meet the site requirement.6. Safety of material shall be the responsibility of the vendor and no locakble sapce shall be arranged for the itmes at site as such necessary arrangement for safe keeping shall be arranged by the vendor. 7.
