Replacement of damaged 150mm dia NRV in the rising main by way of providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 150mm nominal dia. heavy duty ductile iron NRV of rating PN 16. The valve shall have body and bonnet of ductile iron Make:-VAG/Sigma flow/AVK/Talis/CRI. The job also includes replacement of 150mm diaMS flanges of thickness 18mm to the rising main as per the size of the NRV flanges. All the tools and tackles ,skilled labour and machinery viz gas cutter and welding machine involved in the execution of the job shall be arranged by the firm. The job includes testing and commissioning of the NRV on full load.
Providing and fitting of DI single ball DN50 ARV (air release valve) to the rising main. The ARV shall have following specifications:- i) Valve type -single chamber, single orifice. ii) End connection -Flanged ends to IS 1538 iii) Working temperature -70C iv) Test pressure -Body 1.5xPN, seat 1.1xPN. v) Sealing ring -Cast iron vi) Construction -ductile iron with rubber floats. vii) Make - VAG/Sigmaflow/CRI. The job includes providing and fitting of 50mm dia GI pipe 1m in length with one end flanged as per the flange of ARV and other welded to the 150mm dia rising main with nuts and bolts and washer to the ARV. All the tools and tackles, skilled labour required for carrying out the job shall be arranged by the firm. The job includes testing and commissioning of the ARV on full load.
Providing and fitting of blind plate to block the Rising main branch of thickness 12mm for 150mm dia rising main. The job includes drilling of holes as per the flange fitted in the branch of Rising main.
