Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, Water proofing cement paing and like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratcheches etc. complete

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface. Cement Primer

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @3.25 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20kg/10sqm

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (Two or more coats over and including priming coat with cement primer

Different type of visual art work (Nife,mural,Kolaz,Realistic work, Fine art, Teditionar Madane and stock work) design as per direction of engineer in charge with all lead and lift.

Writing work with washable colour in including preparation of base with colour with all lead and lift.
