Material and labour for dehydration/filtration of transformer oil with mobile transformer filtration plant at site with all required accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filtration of old transformer oil for the desired dielectric strength of 60 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply only transformer oil low viscosity EHV grade having 60 KV di-electric strength conforming to IS-335 in original company sealed drum for replacement or topping up to oil level mark at the conservator complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

Supplying, fabrication, installing, testing and commissioning of display board of size 1.0 m × 2.0 m, made of MS frame (50 × 50 × 5 mm angle) with aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet cladding on front, back and sides, duly powder coated with approved colour and lettering/marking as per site requirement. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of complete Computerized Monitoring and Control System for 11 kV indoor VCB switchgear panels (comprising 10 Nos. 09 outgoing feeders and 01 No. incomer) including replacement of existing protection relays with numerical type microprocessor-based relays, establishment of communication system, computer-based monitoring, temperature monitoring, and provision of remote ON/OFF operation of breakers, all as specified herein: 1. Numerical Relays:Microprocessor-based Numerical Overcurrent + Earth Fault Relays, conforming to IEC standards, with inbuilt RS-485 communication (Modbus RTU/IEC 60870), event recording, fault recording, LED indications, self-diagnostic features and user-configurable settings. Communication Network:Supply and laying of screened twisted pair RS-485 communication cable between all relays, with proper terminations, junction boxes, shielding, and earthing as per standards. Integration with converter modules (RS-485 to USB/Ethernet) for connection to monitoring PC. 3. Computer & Monitoring Software:Industrial grade PC with minimum specifications – Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, 21” LED monitor, licensed Windows OS – complete with UPS (1 kVA, 1 Hr backup). Monitoring/SCADA software shall display real-time breaker status (ON/OFF/Trip), relay measurements, alarms, event/fault records, trip history, and generate reports in CSV/Excel format. 5. Temperature Monitoring:Digital temperature sensors shall be installed inside switchgear room and breaker cubicles for monitoring of ambient and equipment temperature. Sensors shall be RS-485 compatible for integration with central system. Alarm thresholds shall be programmable and annunciated both locally and on monitoring PC. 6. DC Control Supply Integration:System shall be integrated with existing 110 V DC battery bank and charger system. Ensuring the switching OFF operation of the VCB positively by racking it out at service position & testing its manual & electrical ON-OFF operations by applying control panel supply source, repair/replacement of the defective components. (ii). After ensuring the VCB is in isolated position, inspection of entire breaker mech parts like, breaker ON OFF operations, mech gear drive assy, closing & tripping mechanisms, spring charging indications, ON-OFF mechanical indications, condition of main closing & tripping spring assy, allied hardwares & it's tightness and alignments. (iii). Inspection of Electrical parts - motor assy, aux block operations, tripping & closing coil operations, main male-female contacts, insulating material, insulating oil healthiness, etc.(iv). Checking operation of relays. (vi). Checking and recording of IR value of VCB trolley and panel.(vii). Checking/repairing/rectification of the control wiring. . (xi). Checking & updating all mech + electrical critical settings of VCB like closing & tripping & trouble free operations. (xii). High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT & Breaker pole to with stand working pressure of HT 22 KV to ascertain servicieability and spare parts found defective to be replaced for smooth functioning as directed by Engr-in-Chrg.
