Construction of RCC retaining wall from RD 22720m to 23200m including three nos of Outlet of Left Main Distributary, Deo Irrigation Project.

Excavation in canal/drain by mechanical means in all kind of soil (this shall include sandy soil, ordinary soil, hard soil, gravelly soil, slushy soil, stony earth mixed with gravels, stiff heavy clay, hard shale, compact moorum, soling of road path, sand, silt etc.) in both wet & dry condition, trimming of slope & bed to design section including stump removal, shoring, strutting, propping bullahs, pilling, dewatering and removing the excavated materials with all leads and de-lift, etc and depositing the useful excavated materials in the embankment sections in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm. in depth breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm size and depositing the unsuitable earth in spoil bank or any other specified space loading into and unloading by mechanical means and transportation by transportation vehicle with all lead, lift and de-lift complete with hire & running charges of machineries, all costs for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, construction of approach road & diversion road, coffer dams and all taxes and cess etc. complete including all cost incidental to work but excluding GST as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in borrow area by Mechanical means loading into and transporation by mechanical means and unloading the soilinitial leads, lifts, and de-lifts including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahas, pilling including cost, of dewatering, drainage arrangement & slush removal if required & ramming the foundation and removing stumps and roots of trees including stacking the excavated materials away from the site mobilisation and demobilisation , supply of all equipments, materials tools and plants & labour required for the work, supervision charges, all taxes, cess, etc. with all incidental charges to complete the item of work but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement and payment will be made on finished level section of earth after deduction of earth utilised from the cutting section of canal. Contractor has to arrange borrow earth at his own cost).

Fine dressing of earth work in slopes including filling of rain cuts and slips with selected earth duly compacted and trimmed to the required profile and turfing with dub sods of rectangular shape of minimum 6.25cm. thick with cost of all materials, conveyance by manual/mechanical means with all leads, lifts, de-lifts, all taxes and cess including approach road, diversion road, laying and trimming to proper design section as per approved drawing and specifications including watering the sods till survival etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken only after survival of the dub grass).

Filling sand in foundation well watered and rammed in layers as per drawing & specification with al with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of sand, T & P , labour & Cess etc. complete including all cost incidental to work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of P.C.C confirming to M-15 grade using hard granite crusher broken aggregate of size 40 mm & downgraded mixed mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & Cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying ofcement Concrete of grade M-15 with 20 mm & downgraded mixed mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & Cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of P.C.C/RCC confirming to M-25 grade using hard granite crusher broken aggregate of size 20 mm & downgraded mixed mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & Cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and straightening the coiled or bent up HYSD bars of approved quality confirming to grade as specified, cutting, bending and placing the grills in position and binding the grills in position binding with wire 18 to 20 SWG, lapping, splicing, welding the joints wherever necessary for RCC work as per approved design, drawing with all lead, lift and delift and all cost of materials, labour, T&P, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour & cess with cost of mobilization, demobilization, diversion road, approach road, site illumination etc. complete cost with all incidental to the work but excluding GST and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing centering and shuttering materials at all heights with steel sections (channel, angles ISMB) as per requirement for providing from work for F1 finish, using steel shutter plates of approved specifications for unexposed surfaces of the canal structures or away from flow areas of high velocity including cost of all materials, Taxes, T & P, labour, Cess and cost of transportation of all materials by manual / mechanical means and dismantling and finishing complete with all cost for mobilization, demobilization including all costs incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing centering and shuttering materials at all heights with steel sections (channel, angles ISMB) as per requirement for providing from work for F2 finish, using steel shutter plates of approved specifications for exposed surfaces of the canal structures or away from flow areas of high velocity including cost of all materials, Taxes, T & P, labour, Cess and cost of transportation of all materials by manual / mechanical means and dismantling and finishing complete with all cost for mobilization, demobilization including all costs incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
