Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out surface water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.(Open)

Conveyance of excavated soil, sludge, silt with a lead of 16 Km by using tippers loading and unloading levelling the same at dumping site as shown by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depth 0-5m

Dewatering using 5 HP diesel engine pumpset including hire charges, cost of diesel, engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pump set and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M 15 using M sand and hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 20 mm mixing with mixer machine and laying including the cost of bailing/pumping out of surface water wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel for all RCC works as per design & drawing given including cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges for cutting, bending, laying in position and tying with binding wire etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Weep holes for retaining walls using 75mm dia PVC Pipes (PVC / Finolex or equivalent with ISI monogram with working pressure of 4Kg/cm2) including cost of materials and labour charges for fixing in concrete etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and in between deck and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centring for vertical plain / RCC Concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc, height as follows with necessary supports, all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x 60cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angle size 25mm x 25mm x3mm for bearing laid silver oak / country wood joist of size 7.5cm x 5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c supported be casurina props of 10cm to 13cm spaced @ 75cm c/c etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of works.(Veritical Centering)

Supplying and laying of ready mix M25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ] including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Supplying and Fixing of Digitally Printed Retroreflective Single Arrow Sign board of size 1595mm x 900mm made of Type XI grade cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67-2012 as per ASTMD-4956-09 Specifications, Digitally Printed using Latex Printer for Traffic Colour logos/text and laminated with UV Resistant clear electro-cut film and applied to proper prepared sign substrate made of 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and back support frame angle of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Supported by 32NB, 2.7mm Thick Stainless steel pipe all round in 304 grade and 2 nos. of vertical posts of 65NB, 3.04mm thick stainless steel pipe of 304 grade firmly fixed to the found by means of properly designed foundation of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm with M15 Grade cement concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation, cost of materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per approved template. The signs shall be manufactured using a system of matched components of reflective sheeting and overlay films and digital inks manufactured and supplied by the reflective sheeting manufacturer .Digitally printed traffic colour (red, blue, green, yellow, orange and brown) areas on white sheeting shall not be having less than 70 percent of the value of the coefficient of retro reflection established for its colour and type of sheeting as given in Table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012.The coefficient of retro reflection after the stipulated warranty period shall be minimum 80 percent of the initial value of the printed sign (initial value shall be minimum 70% of the values given in table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012). Match component system warranty for the components like retro-reflective sheeting, overlay films and digital inks shall be provided by the manufacturer The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of completed three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained by the engineer-in-charge. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed logos/text/legends and their bonding to the retro- reflective sheeting (as per MoRT&H Specification No.801). The latex printer used for digital printing should be used with Inks of low VOC emission and should have Greenguard, eco logo certificate as per UL 2801 Standards. The warranty & Test certificates shall be obtained from the retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position of Chain Link fencing of size 2" x 2" using 10 gauge Galvanised Iron wire mesh to a height of 1.5m width 2.5m from existing RCC Concrete layer over the M.S. Grill fabrication above the RCC wall with 50mm x 50mm vertical square tube at 2.5m intervals, 25mm x 25mm horizontal square tube at 0.30m spacing including, dismantling fixing of vertical tube in R.C.C wall, relaying of concrete and rates including cost of steel tube, chain link fencing mesh, concrete and labour charges for cutting, welding, tying, laying,fixing in position, painting, concrete cutting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
