Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including Nainital pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber in any position of unframed work as in fillets, rails, post, rafter, purlins , etc, under 40 sqcm in section, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel, rolled sections as in main or cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, quality conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair water storage tank, 1000 litre capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm bore high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any description, size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of 150mm dia UPVC, drain pipe, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 150mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Material and labour for applying water proofing treatment to sunken slab comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified. (i) Cleaning of roof surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose /unsound material,dirt,dust etc. (ii) 15mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) using and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement, (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm of approved make and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.244 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours.. Note :- (i) Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. (ii) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or his authorised applicators and contractor shall also provide 07 years Guranttee for water proofing treatment carried out in the work. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 as in sub base of floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- This item shall not be executed in the location, where dismantling of tiles work have been done.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floor, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds , mitred /stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of roof beams, cantilever, bressummers ,lintels , shelves including supports and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inculding 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x450 x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic double charged light shade tiles, 1st quality, (square/rectengular), 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm and not exc 1.00 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic double charged light shade tiles, 1st quality, (square/rectengular), 10mm thick, of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No. 27.00 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc. (Demolition Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in horizontal surface of steps, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rounding to edges of stone slabs any thick as in in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking plateforms and likes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surface of old concrete by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position,in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 2nd class hardwood clean sawn in scantlings, in any position in unframed work,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area not exc 2 sqm each and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down Shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm each and not exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm for doors fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and one shop coat of priming including plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in filling of door frame complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and one shop coat of priming including plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in filling of door frame complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with sheet and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuct inside the solvent cement for style and plain coloured PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters 30 to 35 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters 25 to 30 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for design cover fillets of standard hard board, 15 to 40mm wide and 4.5mm thick, and fixing with screws, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of continuous (pino) hinges , width of flaps 30mm (when open) mild steel bright finish or electro galvanised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf .

The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

S&F Factory made box type steel section ventilator with top/centre hung shutter double leaf shutter for both glass and wire mesh type with glazing bars (measured each separately) and 04 nos pintle hinges & 04 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolt, 02 nos steel peg stay, 02 nos steel handle to each shutter dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Noted: Guard bars and shutter glass & wire mesh measured separately)

Material and Labour for Brick work (Except Bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note- The serviceable bricks obtained from Serial item No- 80.00 will be used after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note- The cost of providing WPC shall be included in quoted rate under this item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces, chajjas, etc. in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white lime wash on surfaces of ceiling, chajjas, roof projection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
