Applying Tack Coat unprimed BT surface using 2.5kg of emulsion bitumen per 10 Sqm including cost of emulsion bitumen which will be supplied by the Department section stores and cost will be recovered at the rate as per the special condtion appended sqm here with including conveyance to site handling charges including labour charges for burshing,cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour for applying the required quantity of bitumen including hire and fule charges for all Tools and plants employed for the wol including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing swmdanger lights,flgs etc complete as per standard specifications

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Routine Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years. As per General condition of contract para 32.2.2
