Firm should submit past performance documents (as a proof of successful supply) for having supplied for atleast 20% of tendered quantity for same/similar item in last 3 years like R note/CRAC/CRN/Joint commissioning reports apart from the PO copy along with the offer. Else their offers are not considered and shall be passed over.

Clause-wise compliance for the specification to be submitted along with the offer. If Clause-wise compliance is not submitted offer will be summarily rejected.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
