Temporarily blocking of inlet of septic tanks / manhole of depth 1.50 to 4.50 metre with suitable wooden plugs / gunny bags and pumping / bailing out effluent and taking out / removing the accumulated sludge soil sewage / any other foreign / foul materials etc (solid / semisolid) from the septic tanks / manholes, complete and cleaning the septic tank / manholes with fresh water by mechanically / manually including taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional and disposal off out side of MoD land all as specified and directed.

Temporarily blocking of 150 mm bore sewage line with suitable wooden plugs / gunny bags and cleaning the same by rodding and removing the sludge alongwith brick bats / stones / broken bottles / any other foreign materials etc complete and cleaning the sewage line with fresh water by mannually / mechanilly as directed by EIC, and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional and disposal off out side of MoD land all as specified and directed.

Temporarily blocking of 200 mm bore sewage line with suitable wooden plugs / gunny bags and cleaning the same by rodding and removing the sludge alongwith brick bats / stones / broken bottles / any other foreign materials etc complete and cleaning the sewage line with fresh water by mannually / mechanilly as directed by EIC, and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional and disposal off out side of MoD land all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type, including screed bed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 over RCC roof slab including mixing only water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under ;- (a) Applying a coat of fibre reinforced PU primer confirmeing to ASTM D412 @ 30% water dilution on prepaired surfaces and allow to dry. (b) Supply and applying 2 coats of Hybrid PU based elastomeric single component coating over primer surface @ 10 Kg /10.76 Sqm total comsumption having below properties :- 1. Elongation-500%-600% 2.
