Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in brick on edge walls (less than 1/2 brick thick), built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or champhered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregates) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster of any description ,and preparation of surfaces of walls including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of reinforced concrete drain pipes 450 mm internal dia (Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished building materials etc. to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying 450 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars over concrete bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, drains etc), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork, set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

De-silting of storm water drain by cleaning of settled deposited soil/earth silt/mud etc n exc 15cm deep from the bed of drains including cleaning of shrubs vegetation grass etc whatsoever therein, including getting out and removing excavated material and depositing same to a distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.
