Safety & Security,operation and maintenance of the street light system during DLP with O&M of 3 yrs of the whole system.if failed,the fixture must be repaired within 3 days of fault, failing which penalty i.e. two times of the maintenance charges estimated by the department for each fixture for the month shall be deducted & recovered from the agency. (Note- Min. Rs.100/-per job will be held on account of O&M).Here 1 JOB is defined as per poin tper month
