Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preperation for new surfaces of wall applying two coats of cement base paint on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered for new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of cement primer/ chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, but not backing, removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles.including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but in dado or skirting etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered rubber moulded cement concrete tiles size 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in grey cement and pigment and fixed with cement slurry in floors fixed over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified coloured tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but in dado or skirting etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non Skid ceramic jointless tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and joint free etc fixed over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but in dado or skirting etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs EWC vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white with integral foot rests with 'P' or 'S' trap including provn of lime concrete or bedding and removing of old material from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plastic water closet seat white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel C.P or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squating pan WC Orissa pattern white size 580 x 440 mm with integral foot rests with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap including provn of lime concrete bedding and removing of old material from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC 10 litres capacity valveless ,syphonic action type low level flushing cistern ,white including flush pipe, cantilever brackets, inlet, ball valve, float and handle, PVC connection 15mm dia and removing of old material from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China W.H.B. white flat back of size 550 x 400 mm, including pvc waste pipe and brackets or wall hung fixed with bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs in suspended floors, chajjas, landings etc any thickness, jointed in any mortar and removing of old material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles/slab 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing as in WHB, kitchen platform fixed over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix in ground floor (for grade slab) using suitable size graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
