Earth work in excavation of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and removing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of exc 50m but n.exc 250m. complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling over formation surface in cutting with 08 to 12 tonne poer roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 40 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

Note1 :- Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account. (v) Temperature of mix during laying shall be as per IS provisions, any deviation in temperature of mix shall attract rejection of load and no claim of whatsoever account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

Material and labour fo repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road,path etc cutting around edges at least 30mm in depth & making good by filling in ,screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 ,Grade paving bituminous binder,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying for moorum / Red bajri filling in road side berms, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc not exceeding 15 cm wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area confirming to MOST & BIS specification, not less than 2.00 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructon inccluding preparation of surface i.e. cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt, oil grease etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) 120mm x 90mm size made of poly carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retro on both sides of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 including removal of existing cate eyes of any description complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Dark Eye / of 3M/Sun Eyes)

S & F super delux quality solar stud aluminium body including solar powered by monocrystal solar panel one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargable battery apprx 1000mts LED -O10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of defferent colours ,back up 12 hrs of continuous lighting at night complete and specified as per manufacturers instructions . Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid dry and any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine presses precast concrete interlocking paver block any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 30mm thick stone dust cushioning complete all as specified and direction.

M&L 80 mm thick Machine Pressed Precast concrete interlocking Paver block glossy look any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15656 2006, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment dry & joints filled over and including 30mm thick stone dust cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reuse of 80/60 mm thick Machine Pressed Precast concrete interlocking Paver block glossy look any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15656 2006, M-40/M-30 grade with grey cement and pigment dry & joints filled over and including 30mm thick stone dust cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggraegate as in foundation ,mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Compaction shall be done with plate vibrator)

M&L for providing precast cement concrete kerb stone/blocks (machine pressed), solid, cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 stuck finished including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand fillng under floor in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying for 250mm thick (two layers 125mm thick spread thickness each) moorum / Red bajri filling in floor or pavings, , laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks using modular size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed .

\M&L or rendering in cement mortar (1.6) 10mm thick first coat on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfacesan in cm 1:4:5mm thick second coat over first coat, mixted with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finishe fair and all complete as specified and as directed incl taking down existing plaster.

M&L for following dia of RCC Hume pipe for road crossing/culvert or as site requrirement all as specified and directed by GE

M&L ( 150 mm thick consolidated thickness ) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone ( Granite/Trap/Basalt) interstices filled surface formed and rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-10 power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ( 150 mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75 mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone ( granite/Basalt/Trap) of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) size, spread, rolled and consolidated to the required gradient & camber with tonne, complete all as specified and directed.
