M&L for preparing old plaster surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 01 above but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for preparing old distempared surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping etc. and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of walls, chajjas, soffits of chajjas, slab projection etc. and applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint not exc. 10 cm width or girth, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old distempared surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment using mechanical sander and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls with using authorised spray machine over a coat of chalk whiting primer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and applying of POP putty of 0.5 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing of vegetation including roots from wall and roof of building, mouth of rain/waste water pipe, height upto 12 mtrs including necessary scaffolding works, cutting of wall/roof etc to remove complete root of vegetations and appling blue vitriol at the root of vegetation and making good the damaged portion with CM 1:4 etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixing with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement consumed and surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item.)

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing two coats of smooth exterior acrylic emulsion paint to all external walls, over a coat putty and one coat of primer with sprey machine from authorized dealer including preparation of surface by thorough cleaning of existing treatment using machanical sander, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Itallic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm height, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
