Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, with soil obtained from excavation including spreading leveling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of common burnt clay building bricks, sub class B of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Laying only XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5 / 4 of the following sizes cross-sectionl area including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed:- Note : All size of LT UG cables will be issued by the department under schedule ''B" for free for fixing. Transportation of LT UG cable from store yard to work site to be in and included in quoted rate by the contractor.Earth work including excavation ,returning Filling,removing,soil coushioning,brick covering for mechanical protection of cable etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Finding and rectification of electrical fault by checking of external/internal(LT) elect supply feeder, street light feeder,under ground cables using elect tools, equipments and safty devices after arranging elect shut down of feeders from sub station to remove elect faults like tightning of loose connection,removing of any electric short,meggring of cable,excavation of soil for removing of faulty cable on a particular span and relaying of cables after removing of fault, re-tightning of cable lugs etc all as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The electrician employed for the purpose will be highly skilled along with one mate and should have all necessary tools and safty devices. (ii) Any major materials used for rectification of faults like Cables,MCB/MCCB of any size/type etc will be measured and paid seperately . (iii) Rate including hiring of fault finding equipments and Earth Work. (iv) Works should be completed with in 03 hrs

Taking out from trenches/poles/wall etc LT XLPE UG Cable /PVC Sheathed aluminium conductor armoured and relaying after fault rectification duly tested in trenches/Poles/Wall of following sizes : Note: Earth work including excavation ,returning Filling,removing,sand coushioning,brick covering for mechanical protection of cable and Jointing Kit will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

Material and labour for Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator in replacement having working pressure 1100 Volts of 90mm dia 75mm height including galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm ,size 12mm dia insulator nuts, bolt and washers including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,Fabricate, install, connect, test and commissioning Busbar chamber, powder coated, outdoor weather proof type, compartmentalised fabricated with 3 mm thick CRCA steel and suitable sized pressed steel frame work, top with sloping canopy, bottom with detachable plates, front and rear with hinged type door and locking arrangements, chamber for cable entry and exit , chamber for aluminium busbars, separate compartment for switch gear, louvers and air vent for natural air flow, holes drilled for connection including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/ supports, excavation, earth work, PCC foundation etc., as required with and including following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated, complete mounted on PCC pillars including taking down the old busbar chamber and demolition of old plain cement concrete complete all as specified and comprising of the followings:- Make of MCCB: Havells,L&T,C&S or Equvalent (i) 4 Nos busbar of equal size of Aluminium conductor with PVC coloured heat shrinkable type sleeves continuous rating of 400 Amps mounted on fibre reinforced insulator.(1set), with LED indication lamps-03 Nos for RYB phases on incoming side. Repair and welding work the existing panel board door with provision of new door by taking down the old rusted door and provided hinges for door, if necessary and lock arrangement with provision of suitable size of sliding bolt and cleaning the welding surfaces by rubbing and polishing with two coat of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour all as specified and as directed.

Repair to the existing LT panel board with provision of new lugs,bolt , nuts and washers suitable for size of cable from 4/3.5 core x 10 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm by taking down the old burnt/rusted lugs, bolts , nuts and washers in necessary quantity as per site requirment including cleaning the busbars, provision of insulation sleeves to busbars where ever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from LT panel inner and outer surface of front and rear doors including all compartment of MCCBs,busbar chamber,cable tray etc with one coat of same existing colour synthetic enamel paint by means of spray gun complete all as specified and as directed.
