Outsourcing of Manpower for Manning and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 600 KLD installation alongwith Sewage Pump and Water Pump House at Abdul Hamid Enclave in three shifts including sunday and holidays with One FGM ( Skilled) / Per Shift (Each shift of 8 hrs continuous duration ), Shift Timings :- (i) Ist shift -0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs. (ii) 2nd Shift- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (iii) 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Details of equipments to be operated in this item as under : - (i) Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 600 KLD comprising structures. (ii) Air Blower Motors of capacity 262 Cum/Hr-02 Nos. (iii) Raw water Non Clog Submersible pumping set of capacity 30-130 Cum/Hr at 14-6 mtr Head-02 Nos. (iv) Sewage Transfer Non Clog Submersible Pumping set of capacity 12-40 Cum/Hr at 12-4.4 mtr Head -02 Nos. (v) Filter Feed Pumps 36 Cum/Hr at 23.5 mtr Head - 02 Nos. (vi)Treated Water Pumps-36 Cum/Hr at 23.5 mtr Head - 02 Nos. (ii) 2nd Shift- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (iii) 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs. for cleaning of Coarse Bar screen chamber, Fine bar screen chamber, stiling chamber, MBBR Media tank -02 Nos, Tube settler-02 Nos any kind of Help required in smooth functioning and cleaning of STP in Jadunath Enclave complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Notes for Srl item No. 1.00 to 5.00 of BOQ :- Note No.1:- (i) Stiling Chamber shall be cleaned regularly . (ii) Coarse Bar Screen and Fine Bar Screen Chamber will be cleaned by Helper on daily Basis. (iii) MBBR Media Bed -02 Nos shall be cleaned regularly . (iv) Contractor shall attend any type of electrical fault in the panel with minor stores i.e. cable,jumpers,insulating material, glands packing and grease etc. without any extra cost. (v) Time of shift will be as decided by Engineer- in- Charge. the FGM & Helper is bound to performing the duty as per time of shift given by Engineer-in-Charge. No request of contractor will be entertained for change the time of shift. (vi) Daily log sheet as per specimen given by Department shall be provided and maintained by the contractor with out any extra charges. (vii) First Aid Box complete with medicines shall be kept at the installation. (viii) Installation and surroundings area shall be kept neat and clean by the contractor's employee and all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (ix) Contractor must have a knowledge of maintaining Sewage Treatment Plant or he will appoint an Engineer who have knowledge of maintaining STP. (x) Contractor will ensure outlet treated water from STP is as per CPCB Norms. (xi) Contractor will provide any kind of testing equipments like Chloroscope, BOD,COD,PH,TSS,TDS and Tools required for smooth functioning of STP .(xii) A penalty of Rs 100.00 per shift will be deducted from the RARs if testing equipments and outlet parameters not maintained. (xiii) Contractor will submit testing report of inlet and outlet sewage water and treated water in every 15 Days failing which a penalty of Rs 3000.00 will be Charged from the contractor for every test report. (xiv) Dosing and routine checking used for disinfection is deemed to be included of the quoted rate.

Notes for Srl item No. 1.00 to 5.00 of BOQ Continued :- Note No.2:-As these items pertain to only wages of labourers based on the prevailing minimum labour wages. Hence after opening of Financial Bid, if it is found that quoted rates are below the existing minimum labour wages rates of Un skilled & Skilled labour (inclusive reliever to FGM Skilled & Helper Un skilled as per labour act) as prescribed by the Government of India / State Government / Local body (whichever is higher) plus cost of other factor such as ESI, EPF, GST , Cost of dress, insurance of FGM Skilled & Helper Un skilled, safety equipments etc. and all factors as specified in tender, then Accepting Officer at his sole discretion has the right to reject the quoted bid and the same shall be treated as "Non-Bonafide". In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids for acceptance whose rates are found to be reasonable.
