Distempering roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable material and disposal of un-serviceable material within all leads. G.I sheet roffing.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50 mtrs. Depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads reinforced cement concrete. RCC/RB work

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3greaded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :- (a)Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and cenetering below support floor to ceiling in a height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforce concrete work and plain concrete work in :- foundation footing etc.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (a)In beams joints channels, angles, tees flat with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing M.S. B.P sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling i/c cutting fixing & welding to steel roof members & appling a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.( base mambers of steel work shall be measured & paid sepertely.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure above ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Providing and laying graynite marble stone in flooring 20mm thick base in cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) including jointed with grey cement slurry with an admixure of pigment to match the shade of the marble 20mm thick.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter. Enamal other than white.
