REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS MANHOLE COVERS IN OTM OF TECH AREA AT AFS UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT

Cleaning and de-sludging of existing septic tank / deep manhole of any depth including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or mannually or by way of any other suitable means including removal of sludge and other foreign materials out of the MOD land by any mean (Working in foul condition) and making good as it is complete all as specified and as directed. Note: No extra payment shall be admissible for dewatering.

Cleaning manhole depth not exc. 0.50 metre by opening cover and taking out accumulated brick bats, garbage, silts or any other items, removing and carrying same to a distance exc. 50 metre but not exc. 100 metre and buried under ground (minimum 300mm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits and returning, filling in and dressing of surplus soil ground to slope as required, re-fixing the cover after cleaning of manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 02 here-in-before but for depth of manhole exc. 0.50m and not exc. 1.00m.

Cleaning gully trap (manhole type) depth not exc. 0.50 metre by opening cover and taking out accumulated night soil, sludges, brick bats or any other Items, removing and carrying same to a distance exc. 50 meter and not exc. 100 meter and buried under ground (minimum 300mm below ground level), re-fixing the cover after cleaning of gully traps including necessary excavation of pits and returning, filling in and dressing of surplus soil, ground to slope as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of small vegetation /bushes /roots/plants /grass etc from any position of bldg or for better access of manhole/septic tank /sewage line sites complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning 150mm dia bore sewage line by roding from manhole, septic tank, gully traps, etc. with rods, bamboos, rotary cleaner, etc. and well flushing with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for cleaning of blocked WHB, kitchen sink, water closet, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socket in any length with rubber ring joint, fixed to walls/floor with CI clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls/trench with CI clamps complete all as specified and as directed.
