Repair to the stoplog gate mechanism of additional new bay of size 16ft x16.5ft installed on MRC head works Akhnoor. The job is to be executed by way of repair to the electrical hoist system of additional new bay gate at Main Ranbir Canal Head works, Akhnoor by replacement of the burnt protection overload relay and MNX18 contactor 1no. each. Alignment of steel wire ropes from the drum hoists of the stop log gates using hydra crane and checking for the smooth operation of the same.Repairs to the damaged MS ladders of 2no.s old bays by way of extension in each bay by approx.4ft in length by providing/welding of MS flat of 50x10mm and 12mm MS bars and repairs to steps wherever required. Repair to the trash rack of old bay no.1 by way of providing/welding of the MS bars as per samples. Job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, hydraulic crane charges and welding equipment, transportation charges of material to the site. Repair/servicing of 25 KVA DG set by way of draining out old unserviceable engine oil after removing the drain plug. Cleaning and flushing the engine with the suitable cleansing agent so as to remove the deposits inside the engine. Tightening of the drain plug post engine flushing. Providing of the new suitable grade engine oil 7ltrs SAE 15W-40 of genuine make. Checking of oil level with dip stick. Removing the oil filter and providing/fitting of new filter of genuine make. Loosening the centre bolts of fuel filters and providing/fitting of the primary and secondary fuel filters. Dismantling the damaged radiator assembly from the engine body and shifting it to workshop for cleaning and repairs by welding the required points and checking for leakages. Refitting back the radiator assembly at site. Providing/ filling the new coolant 03 ltrs after draining the old coolant. Cleaning the batteryterminals by removing the damaged battery leads, clamps and providing/fitting of new leads, clamps and applying the petroleum jelly after tightening. Charging the battery after adding required electrolyte/distilled water. Running and testing of the D.G. set on no load and then on full load for its efficient running and satisfactory performance. The job comprises of the material cost, the skilled labour charges & transportation charges. Providing and fixing of 63Amp change over switch on the wall near the control panel of the additional new bay regulatory gatealong with 16mm2armoured aluminium cables 3.5core approx. 200m to be fitted from changeover switch to the LT pole near government quarters of the irrigation department.
