1 Exhibition Stalls (10' x 10') Economy Exhibition Stall – 10'-0" × 10'-0" (100 Sq.ft.) – 4-Day Event Providing, erecting, maintaining and dismantling of temporary exhibition stall of size 10'-0" × 10'-0" (100 Sq.ft.), complete in all respects, including structural framework, German hangar tent roofing, cloth wall and ceiling cladding, frontage frill, flooring, electrical fittings, furniture, water supply, numbering, transportation, labour, erection, dismantling and all incidental works, as specified below and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Stall Size and Structural Framework Providing and erecting one exhibition stall of internal floor area 10'-0" × 10'-0" = 100 Sq.ft. Front height shall be 12'-0" and rear height shall be 10'-0". Stall shall be fabricated using suitable MS tubular/pipe structural framework or approved equivalent, adequately braced and secured to withstand normal wind and site conditions. All structural members shall be properly aligned, levelled and securely connected. Necessary vertical posts, horizontal members, rafters, supports, bracing, clamps, fasteners and other accessories shall be provided. The structure shall be stable, safe and suitable for temporary exhibition use. All materials shall be of good quality and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Roofing Providing and fixing waterproof German hangar tent fabric of approved make and quality over the complete roof area. Roofing shall be properly stretched, tensioned and securely fixed to the structural framework.The roofing material shall be waterproof, clean, durable and free from tears, holes and visible defects. Necessary overlaps, stitching, ropes, clamps, hooks, fasteners and supporting arrangements shall be included. The roof shall be adequately secured to prevent water leakage and sagging during the event. Wall and Ceiling Cladding Providing and fixing good-quality white cloth/fabric to the back wall and both side walls of the stall. The complete ceiling shall also be covered with white cloth. Cloth shall be properly stitched, stretched and fixed to the framework. The fabric shall be clean, uniform and free from stains, tears and patches. The cloth shall be fixed neatly without wrinkles, folds, sagging or loose portions. Necessary ropes, hooks, clips, stitching, supports and fixing accessories shall be included. Frontage and Frill Providing and fixing good-quality decorative white/approved-colour frill of 3'-0" height continuously across the front of the stall. Frill shall be neatly stitched and properly fixed to the frontage framework. It shall be uniform in appearance and securely fastened throughout the event. All necessary cloth, stitching, fixing materials and labour shall be included. Flooring Levelling, dressing and cleaning the existing floor/surface before erection of the stall. Providing and spreading good-quality green-coloured synthetic mat/carpet over the entire 100 Sq.ft. floor area. Mat shall be properly cut, joined and laid without wrinkles, folds or uneven portions. Necessary underlay, fixing tape or other accessories, wherever required, shall be included. Flooring shall be maintained in good and usable condition throughout the event. Electrical Installation Providing and fixing electrical fittings in complete working condition, including wiring and connections: Tube light, 40 Watts – 2Nos. 3-Pin Socket point-1 No. Electrical wiring shall be carried out using suitable insulated wires/cables of approved quality. Necessary switches, holders, connectors, junctions, plug tops, conduits/casing, supports and other accessories shall be provided. All electrical connections shall be safe and properly insulated. The electrical installation shall be tested before handing over the stall. Connection to the available power source shall be made as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Any minor electrical accessories required for proper functioning shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. Furniture Providing and placing the following furniture in each stall: Table of size 6'-0" × 2'-0" – 2 Nos. Plastic armed chairs – 2 Nos. Chairs shall be provided with clean and good-quality cloth covering. Furniture shall be clean, serviceable, stable and free from major damage. Tables and chairs shall be delivered, arranged and positioned as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Furniture shall be maintained in usable condition throughout the event. Water Supply Making necessary arrangement for water supply to the exhibition area/stalls wherever required. Water shall be transported through water tankers wherever permanent/available water supply is not sufficient. Rate shall include tanker hire, transportation, loading/unloading, lead, lift, labour and all other incidental charges. Water supply arrangements shall be made as per the actual site requirement and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Stall Numbering and Identification Providing and fixing stall number/name boards for each stall. Numbers shall be clearly visible, properly printed/painted and of adequate size. Numbering shall be neat, legible and presentable. Location and method of fixing shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Erection and Completion The contractor shall transport all required materials to the site and complete erection of the stalls. Complete erection shall be finished at least 2 days before commencement of the event to facilitate inspection, allotment and necessary arrangements. The contractor shall rectify any defects noticed during inspection before handing over. All stalls shall be kept ready and clean before allotment to exhibitors. Duration of Hire The quoted rate shall include hire, erection, maintenance and dismantling for a 4-day exhibition/event. The rate shall also include all associated charges for temporary structures, tent materials, cloth, flooring, electrical fittings and furniture for the entire event period. Any routine maintenance required during the event shall be carried out by the contractor without additional cost. Dismantling and Removal After completion of the event, the contractor shall dismantle the entire stall structure carefully. All temporary structures, tent fabric, cloth, mats, electrical fittings, furniture and other materials shall be removed from the site. Debris, packing materials, waste cloth, ropes and other discarded materials shall be cleared from the site. The site shall be left clean and free from obstruction after dismantling. No separate payment shall be made for dismantling, loading, transportation or disposal. Transportation and Handling The quoted rate shall include:Transportation of all materials to the site. Loading and unloading. Handling and shifting of materials within the site. Transportation of furniture, tent materials, flooring and electrical accessories. Transportation of water through tankers wherever required. All lead, lift and incidental transportation charges. Safety and Quality Requirements The contractor shall ensure adequate stability and safety of the temporary structure. All electrical installations shall be carried out by competent personnel. No exposed or unsafe electrical wiring shall be permitted. All materials shall be new or in good reusable condition and subject to approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall be responsible for safety of his materials, workers and temporary structures during erection and dismantling. Any damage caused to existing University property during erection/dismantling shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost. 2 Fabricated Exhibition Stalls (Hi-Tech Stalls) German Hanger / Main Exhibition Structure Providing and erecting a temporary German Hanger Tent structure of size approximately 280'-0" × 200'-0" (1 No.), having: Centre height not less than 24'-0" and side/end height not less than 20'-0". Separate fabricated steel/metal superstructure of adequate strength and stability. Good-quality, waterproof and fire-retardant tent fabric suitable for temporary exhibition purposes. Provision for adequate air circulation, aeration and ventilation at the top/end portions. Proper anchoring, bracing, supporting and securing arrangements against wind and other weather conditions. Complete erection, fixing, dismantling and removal after completion of the event. All required scaffolding, tools, tackles, fasteners, clamps, ropes, supports and accessories shall be included. . Lighting and Electrical Arrangements Providing and fixing temporary electrical arrangements including 400 W metal-halide lights – 2 Nos. per 1,000 sq.ft. of exhibition area, suitably positioned for uniform illumination. Providing adequate electrical cabling, distribution boards, MCBs, switches, connectors and necessary accessories. Properly insulated and safely routed electrical wiring/cables. Earthing and electrical safety arrangements as required. Electrical installation shall be carried out by competent personnel and maintained throughout the 4-day event. Ceiling Fans Providing and fixing ceiling fans at approximately 1 No. for every 200 sq.ft. of covered exhibition area, including Fan suspension/support arrangement. Wiring, switches and necessary electrical accessories. Testing and commissioning. Maintenance during the entire event period. Floor Preparation Providing and preparing the exhibition floor by: Levelling and dressing the existing floor/ground. Removing loose materials and making the surface suitable for exhibition stalls. Providing and spreading good-quality green-coloured synthetic mat/carpet over the entire required floor area. Proper joining, fixing and finishing of the mat to avoid unevenness, folds or trip hazards. Hi-Tech / Octonorm Shell-Type Exhibition Stalls Providing and erecting 10'-0" × 10'-0" Hi-Tech Octonorm shell-type exhibition stalls within the German hanger structure, complete with aluminium/octonorm framework, panels and required accessories. Each stall shall be provided with the following: Lighting and Electrical Points 3 Nos. spotlights per stall. No. 3-pin 5A socket. No. 3-pin 16A socket. Complete wiring, switches, connectors and accessories. All electrical points shall be properly fixed and made operational. Tables 2 Nos. tables, each of size 6'-0" × 2'-0". Tables shall have suitable tops and all sides covered with good-quality cloth. Providing decorative cloth frills around the tables. Tables shall be clean, stable and in good condition. Chairs 2 Nos. good-quality plastic armchairs per stall. Chairs shall be clean and in good usable condition. Name Board Providing and fixing acrylic sheet name board at the top/front portion of each stall. Name boards shall be of suitable size and thickness. Displaying/pasting the stall name in both Kannada and English. Lettering, size, font and content shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Name boards shall be properly aligned and securely fixed. Stall Numbering Providing and fixing clearly visible stall numbering for all stalls using suitable printed/acrylic/vinyl display material, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Water Supply Arrangement Whre required, providing temporary water supply arrangements including:Water storage tanks. Water tanker arrangements. Transportation of water from the source. Loading, unloading, lifting and distribution of water. Necessary pipes, hoses, fittings and connections. Labour and all incidental charges. All such arrangements shall be included in the quoted rate. Transportation and Labour The rate shall be inclusive of: Transportation of all materials, equipment and furniture to and from the site. Loading and unloading charges. Labour charges for fabrication, erection, fixing and dismantling. Skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labour. Tools, tackles, machinery and equipment required for execution. Shifting and repositioning of materials wherever required during the event. . Event Period and Completion The exhibition is proposed for a period of 4 days. All stalls and associated arrangements shall be fully completed and ready for inspection at least 2 days before commencement of the event to facilitate stall allotment and necessary preparations. The agency shall maintain all stalls, electrical installations, fans, furniture, flooring and other facilities in good condition throughout the event. Any defective/damaged facility shall be rectified/replaced immediately at no additional cost. Measurement The Hi-Tech/Octonorm exhibition stall shall be measured and paid based on the number of completed 10'-0" × 10'-0" stalls actually erected and made ready for use, as certified by the Engineer-in-Charge.The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all materials, fabrication, erection, hiring charges, labour, transportation, electrical arrangements, lighting, fans, flooring, furniture, name boards, numbering, water arrangements wherever required, maintenance, dismantling and all incidental charges, complete as per the specification and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Hiring / Providing and Erecting Industrial Exhibition Stalls – 20' × 20' Providing, erecting, decorating, maintaining and dismantling industrial exhibition stalls of size 20'-0" × 20'-0" (400 Sq.ft.) each, complete in all respects, for a period of 4 days, including transportation, loading, unloading, erection and dismantling, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, with the following specifications: Stall Size and Structure:Providing and erecting each exhibition stall of size 20'-0" × 20'-0" (400 Sq.ft.), with a front height of 12'-0" and rear height of 10'-0", using a structurally sound and stable MS/GI tubular framework of approved quality, properly anchored and braced to withstand normal wind and weather conditions. Roofing:Providing and fixing the roof with waterproof GI sheets of approved quality and suitable thickness, including all necessary supporting members, overlaps, screws, nuts, bolts, flashing and accessories, ensuring that the roof is completely leak-proof and suitable for the 4-day event. Wall/Side Covering: Providing and fixing suitable side and rear wall panels/cladding using good-quality approved material, properly secured to the framework, with neat finishing and adequate provision for entry and ventilation. Flooring:Providing a level and clean floor inside each stall, including suitable temporary flooring/platform wherever required, complete with necessary supporting framework and finishing, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Electrical Arrangements: Providing electrical arrangements for each stall including: 2 Nos. 40-watt tube lights with fittings. 1 No. 3-pin socket with suitable switch and wiring. Concealed/protected electrical wiring with necessary switches, distribution arrangement, holders, cables and accessories. All electrical connections shall be properly insulated, safely secured and tested before handing over. Electricity shall be provided from the designated source as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Furniture:Providing the following furniture for each 20' × 20' stall: 6'-0" × 2'-0" table – 2 Nos. Plastic arm chairs – 2 Nos. Furniture shall be clean, serviceable and in good condition throughout the event. Water Supply Arrangement:Providing necessary temporary water-supply arrangements wherever required, including transportation of water through water tankers, loading/unloading, filling, pumping, laying of temporary hoses/pipes and distribution of water to the required location. The cost shall include all transportation, lead, lift, labour, tanker charges and incidental works required for maintaining adequate water supply during the event. Stall Numbering: Providing and fixing clearly visible stall numbers of suitable size and approved design at the front of each stall, including preparation, printing, fixing and removal after completion of the event. General Finishing and Maintenance:The stalls shall be erected in a neat, safe and workmanlike manner. All joints, supports, roofing and coverings shall be properly secured. The contractor shall maintain the stalls, electrical fittings, furniture and water-supply arrangements in good working condition throughout the 4-day event period. Transportation:The rate shall include loading, unloading, transportation to and from the site, carriage, lead and lift, including all materials, structural members, GI sheets, electrical items, furniture, tools, equipment and labour required for erection and dismantling. Erection and Completion:The complete erection of stalls shall be finished at least two day prior to commencement of the event, enabling inspection, allotment and handing over of individual stalls to exhibitors. Dismantling: After completion of the event, the contractor shall dismantle the stalls, remove all temporary structures, materials, debris and waste from the site and restore the area to a clean condition, all within the quoted rate. Safety:The contractor shall ensure proper structural stability and electrical safety. All electrical connections shall be properly earthed and protected. Any damage or unsafe condition noticed during the event shall be rectified immediately without additional cost. Engineer-in-Charge:The work shall be executed as per the site conditions and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, and the contractor shall make all necessary arrengments for rain protection, water ways, additions and incidental arrangements required for satisfactory completion of the work. 4 Exhibition Stalls (15' × 20') – Veterinary Stalls Providing and erecting exhibition stalls of size 15'-0" × 20'-0" with the following facilities, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge: Structure & Roofing: Providing and erecting a suitable stall structure with front height of 12'-0" and rear height of 10'-0". The roof shall be covered with good-quality, waterproof German Hanger Tent, leaving suitable space at the top for proper ventilation and aeration. Wall & Ceiling Cladding: Covering all three sides and the ceiling of the stall with good-quality white cloth, properly stitched, stretched and fixed without wrinkles or sagging. 5 Hiring of Exhibition / Food Stalls – 10'-0" × 10'-0" Providing, erecting, arranging and maintaining temporary exhibition/food stalls of size 10'-0" × 10'-0" for a period of 4 days, complete in all respects, as per the following specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Stall Size and Height: Providing and erecting stalls of internal floor area 10'-0" × 10'-0" (100 Sq.ft.), with front height of 12'-0" and rear height of 10'-0", using suitable MS tubular/angle framework of adequate strength, properly anchored and braced. Roofing:Providing and fixing waterproof German hanger tent roofing of approved make and quality, properly stretched, fixed and secured to the supporting framework to prevent leakage during rain. The roofing shall be complete with necessary overlaps, fastening arrangements and provisions for proper drainage of rainwater. Side Walls and Ceiling: Providing and fixing good-quality, clean and properly stitched white cloth/fabric covering to the back and both side walls and ceiling, wherever required, properly tensioned and fixed without wrinkles or sagging. Front Fascia / Frill: Providing suitable front fascia/frill of good-quality cloth, properly fixed along the front edge of the stall, including necessary stitching and fastening arrangements. Electrical Lighting: Providing 2 Nos. 40-watt tube lights/LED tube lights in each stall, complete with necessary wiring, switches, holders, connectors and electrical accessories, including connection from the nearest power source. All electrical installations shall be properly insulated and safely fixed. Tables: Providing 2 Nos. tables of size 6'-0" × 2'-0" per stall, of good and sturdy quality, including transportation, placement and removal after completion of the event. Chairs: Providing 2 Nos. plastic arm chairs per stall, in good condition, including transportation, placement and removal. Water Supply Arrangement: For food stalls, wherever required, providing temporary water-supply arrangements, including water tank/tanker, transportation of water by tanker, loading/unloading, pumping/lifting of water and distribution to the required location, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The water shall be supplied as per the requirement of the stall/event. Stall Numbering: Providing and fixing stall numbering/name plates prominently at the front of each stall, with clear and legible numbering, as per the layout and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Floor Preparation:Dressing and levelling the existing ground/floor within and around the stall area, wherever necessary, to provide a safe and reasonably level surface for the exhibitors/food vendors, including minor filling and dressing. Safety and Stability: The entire stall structure shall be properly braced, anchored and secured against wind and weather conditions. All temporary electrical and structural arrangements shall be safe and maintained in good condition throughout the event. Transportation and Handling: The rate shall include loading, transportation, unloading, shifting, erection, fixing, dismantling and removal of all stall materials, furniture, electrical accessories and other required items to and from the designated site. Maintenance During Event:The contractor shall maintain all stalls, roofing, cloth covering, furniture, lighting and other facilities in good and usable condition throughout the 4-day event period, including attending to minor repairs and replacements, if required. Completion Before Event: All stalls shall be fully erected, furnished, numbered and made ready at least one day before commencement of the event, particularly the food stalls, to facilitate allotment and inspection by the University/Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling:After completion of the event, the contractor shall dismantle and remove all temporary structures, furniture, electrical arrangements and other materials from the site and leave the area clean, without causing damage to existing University property. Compliance with Instructions: The work shall be executed strictly as per the approved layout, site conditions and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including any minor modifications required for proper functioning of the stalls. Measurement and Rate Unit: Each Stall (10'-0" × 10'-0") Period: 4 Days Rate shall be inclusive of: Materials, labour, erection, dismantling, transportation, lighting, tables, chairs, water arrangements wherever required, stall numbering, maintenance, taxes/levies and all incidental charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work. 6 Supplying, erecting, maintaining and dismantling temporary barricading of 4'-0" height using casuarina poles for the entire required length, for a 4-day event, complete in all respects.Supplying and erecting temporary barricading of 4'-0" overall height using good quality, straight and sound casuarina poles/stanchions, of adequate diameter and strength. Casuarina poles shall be securely fixed vertically into the ground at suitable intervals, generally not exceeding 4'-0" to 5'-0" centre to centre, or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing two rows of horizontal casuarina poles continuously along the entire length of the barricading and securely tying/fixing them to the vertical stanchions with suitable binding wire, rope or other approved means. The barricading shall be properly aligned, level, stable and sufficiently rigid to withstand normal crowd movement and event-related use. The poles shall be free from excessive decay, cracks, bends or other defects and shall be in good usable condition. The barricading shall be provided at locations, lengths and alignments as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including all necessary shifting and minor adjustments at site. The barricading shall be completed and made ready at least two days before commencement of the event to facilitate allotment and marking of stalls. The item shall include loading, unloading, transportation, supplying, erection, fixing, binding, cutting, adjustment, shifting and dismantling, wherever required. The item shall also include hiring/material charges, labour charges, tools and tackles, HOM (hire of materials), transportation and all incidental charges required for completion of the work. The barricading shall be maintained in a safe and serviceable condition throughout the 4-day event period, including rectification of loose or damaged portions, if any. After completion of the event, the barricading shall be dismantled and the materials removed/stacked at the location directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including clearing the site. No extra payment shall be made for overlaps, joints, cutting, wastage, binding materials, supports or other incidental works necessary for completing the barricading as specified. 7 Supplying, transporting, arranging and placing good quality VIP Executive Chairs on the designated Dias/Stage for a period of 4 days, suitable for use by Hon’ble Dignitaries, VIPs and other invited guests during the event.The chairs shall be of premium executive quality, sturdy and stable, with cushioned seat and backrest, proper armrests, good-quality upholstery/covering, adequate seating comfort and neat appearance suitable for an official function. Chairs shall be clean, properly maintained and free from damage, stains, tears or defects.Supply/hiring of required number of VIP Executive Chairs as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Transportation of chairs to and from the event venue. Loading, unloading, shifting and handling of chairs at site. Proper placement and alignment of chairs on the Dias/Stage as per the seating arrangement approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing chairs sufficiently in advance for stage preparation and final arrangement. Cleaning, wiping and checking of all chairs before placement and maintaining them in good condition throughout the 4-day event. Daily inspection and rearrangement/replacement of any damaged or defective chair during the event. Labour charges for handling, arranging, shifting and removal of chairs. 8 Providing, erecting, hiring and maintaining temporary toilet units of size 4'-0" × 4'-0" for a period of 4 days for the event, complete in all respects, including transportation, erection, dismantling and shifting, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.Structure: Providing and erecting temporary toilet cubicles of internal size 4'-0" × 4'-0", fabricated using rigid panels of suitable thickness, including supporting framework, vertical supports, horizontal members and necessary fasteners. Roofing and Side Covering: Providing GI sheet roofing and enclosing all sides with good-quality GI sheets, properly fixed to the supporting framework to ensure privacy, stability and protection from rain. Door: Providing and fixing a suitable GI sheet/PVC door of adequate size with hinges, handle, locking arrangement and inside latch, complete. Floor & Raised Platform: Properly levelling and compacting the ground and providing a raised platform using bricks and cement concrete/mortar, including necessary finishing to ensure a firm, hygienic and washable floor. The unit shall be properly levelled and securely positioned.The agency shall ensure continuous availability of water by filling the water storage tank as and when required. The toilet shall be cleaned and washed at least once every hour and additionally whenever required, particularly during periods of heavy use. 57 Hiring/engaging Government Fire & Emergency Services for the Krishi Thotagarike Mela for 4 days, for providing fire prevention, fire-fighting and emergency response services for the entire Mela premises, including the main stage, German hanger, Hi-Tech stalls, economy stalls, food stalls, industrial stalls, nursery stalls, veterinary stalls, exhibition areas, electrical/DG areas, parking, roads, pathways and other temporary structures. The service shall include deployment of Government-authorized/competent fire-fighting personnel and fire tender(s), as required by the competent Fire & Emergency Services Department, for the entire duration of the event. The fire-fighting team shall remain available at the designated location during event hours and shall respond immediately to any fire, smoke, electrical fire or other fire-related emergency. The fire service shall include fire tender with water tank, fire-fighting pump, hoses, nozzles, ladders and other standard fire-fighting equipment, along with trained fire-fighting personnel, as applicable under the requirements of the Government Fire & Emergency Services Department. The agency/department shall conduct a pre-event inspection of the Mela premises and advise/ensure suitable placement of fire extinguishers, fire tender access, emergency routes and other necessary fire safety arrangements. Particular attention shall be given to food/cooking stalls, temporary electrical installations, DG sets, stage, German hanger and other high-risk areas. The fire tender and fire-fighting personnel shall be positioned at the designated location at least two days before commencement of the event, wherever required, and shall be available throughout the 4-day event. The fire tender shall be maintained in operational condition with adequate water and necessary equipment. The rate shall include Government Fire & Emergency Services charges/hiring charges, fire tender charges, manpower/personnel charges, deployment, transportation, fuel, water, equipment, standby arrangements and all applicable departmental/statutory charges, as applicable, for the complete period. The service shall be provided strictly as per the requirements and instructions of the competent Government Fire & Emergency Services authority and the Engineer-in-Charge. 58 Providing sufficient labour for cleaning, sweeping, collecting and disposing of waste from the entire Krishi Thotagarike Mela premises for 4 days, including all internal and external areas, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning work shall cover, but not be limited to, the following areas: 1. Main ground and open areas inside and outside the Mela premises. 2. Economy stalls – internal and external areas. 3. Hi-Tech stalls – internal and external areas. 4. Food stalls and surrounding areas. 5. Industrial stalls and surrounding areas. 6. Nursery stalls and surrounding areas. 7. Veterinary stalls and surrounding areas. 8. Roads, pathways, pedestrian passages and access areas. 9. Stage/Dias and surrounding areas, including backstage where required. 10. Registration, enquiry, consultancy and other service areas. 11. Areas around toilets, drinking-water points, dustbins and waste collection points. 12. Parking and other areas within the Mela ground as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The agency shall provide adequate cleaning labour in sufficient numbers and in suitable shifts to ensure that the entire premises remain clean throughout the event. Cleaning shall be carried out regularly during the day and at the end of each day's programme, with additional cleaning immediately whenever required due to gatherings, food waste or other activities. The work shall include sweeping, manual cleaning, collection of dry and wet waste, removal of litter, leaves, paper, plastic and other general waste, cleaning around stalls and pathways, shifting of collected waste to designated disposal/collection points and maintaining cleanliness of the entire area.The agency shall provide necessary brooms, brushes, baskets, waste collection bags, hand tools, gloves, protective equipment and other cleaning implements required for carrying out the work.Special attention shall be given to food stalls, stage areas, entrance/exit points, high-footfall pathways and public areas to prevent accumulation of waste and maintain hygienic conditions.The agency shall deploy a supervisor/representative to monitor cleaning activities and coordinate with the Engineer-in-Charge. Any area found unclean shall be attended to immediately without additional cost.The rate shall include labour charges, supervision, cleaning materials and implements, transportation of collected waste to the designated collection/disposal point, loading/unloading, tools, safety equipment and all incidental charges required for complete cleaning during the 4-day event.Measurement: Per man-day / labour-day, or as a lump-sum complete job for the 4-day event, as specified in the estimate, including all labour, supervision, cleaning implements, waste collection and disposal/transportation within the designated premises. After completion of the Krishi Thotagarike Mela, the agency shall thoroughly clean the entire Mela premises and restore the ground to a clean and usable condition before handing over the site to the concerned User Department.The final cleaning shall include removal of all temporary materials, waste, litter, paper, plastic, food waste, debris and other unwanted materials generated during the event from the entire ground, roads, pathways, stage area, stalls, parking areas and other associated locations. All stalls, structures, barricades, temporary electrical arrangements, signage supports and other temporary installations under the scope of the agency shall be dismantled and removed, wherever applicable. The ground shall be swept and cleaned properly, and any temporary pits or disturbed areas caused by the work shall be suitably levelled/rectified.The agency shall ensure that no waste, construction material, dismantled material or debris is left behind after completion of the event.
