Filling the basement well earth other than sand including all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and filling with river sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick for foundation

Brick work using second class Country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and Five sand) including curing, neat finishing, etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:11/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) with water proofing compound of 2% by weight of cement used and using 20mm size machine crushed granite stone jelly etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcement grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S. plain rods / RTS rods and binding wire)

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

Fooring laying with new Vetrified tiles of size 600x600x6 mm laid in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Dadoing the walls with new Glazed tiles of size 300 x200 x6 mm laid in CM 1:2 ,10 mm thick and pointig with white cement using 0.40 Kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with ties surface

Provision for Rain Water Harvesting Structure

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete (Surface Textured) Block Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 100mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
