M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, haunching, benching, kerbs , mud stops, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of deberies out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" second class soft wood clean sawn in timber framed scantling to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing, etc, of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubular framed steel trusses (all as per pattern of existing dismantled trusses) made out of MS medium grade tube (ERW or induction butt welded ) upto 60mm bore conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240 quality 'A', including welding of distance pieces, cleats, special shaped washer etc. including taking down old roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams, above 4m but n. exc. 8m length clear spancomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (ISI marked) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated AC sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L False ceiling of 9.5mm thick gypsum tiles (600x600mm) laminated with PVC film on the face side & metalised polyester film on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film (shade either plain white or crack) fixed in and including T grid/Cross-T/Wall angle/level clip & suspenders of standard galvanised sections in a grid size of 600x600mm, including taking down existing ceiling board & grid work etc of any type/pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.
