Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators etc., (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc complete and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including shoring, shuttering, mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One part of cement,3 parts of Coarse sand & 6 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including shoring, shuttering, mixing, laying, levelling,consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including shoring, shuttering, mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement, five sand) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to floor two level of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Half Brick Masonry wall using chamber burnt bricks in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) for Partition walls etc., in all floors including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement, five sand) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding,racking of masonry joints, cleaning,curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the colour wash or white wash by steel wire brushing and scrapping including necessary scaffolding, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers..

Painting ONE coats with Plastic emulsion of approved brand over OLD wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying one coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and One coat of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the existing wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Ceramic floor tiles 30 x 30 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Vitrified floor tiles 60 x 60 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing CM 1:3, 6 mm thick of wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tiles including all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Anodized Aluminium Window / Ventilator of various size (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) of 37.5 x 37.5mm Vertical and Window bottom rails using 67.5 x 37.5mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glass superior quality for panel with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including using glazing clip, rubber beading for glazing and necessary screws, plugs etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Solid Panel PVC door with frame - Supplying and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing R.C.C.Pre-cast slab 100mm thick of various size in Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 including all labour, materials, form work, reinforcement, conveyance and fixing the slab etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Precoated metal sheet 0.45mm for Roofing with hot dipped galvanised prepainted steel sheet for roof of make TATA or equivalent including cost of metal sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling Barbed wire or Flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing granite slabs (jet black) of 20mm thick (super fine polished with nosing edges) on the steps area of building, in between urinals and wherever required. Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia. Heavy type Brass Chromium Plated Pillar tap of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of Lipped Mouth Porcelin Flat Urinal (White) of approved quality with all accessories such as 32mm dia bell mouth PVC connection, 15mm dia G.M wheel valve, 15mm ida 'B' class GI waste water pipe, 15mm dia nylon coneection, 15mm dia brass nipple, including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by lthe departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Angles, Channels, Flats etc., for vertical members / bracing / stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shownin the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer.

Supplying and fixing in position of chinnaware Wash Basin (White color) 550 mm x 400mm size with pedestal (parryware/Hindware) of approved quality with necessary fittings such as cast iron bracket, 1no 15mm C.P heavy duty piller tap with pentagonal head, 32mm dia PVC waste water pipe and 15mm dia nylon connection, 1 No 15 mm dia G.M. wheel valve and fixing it with the wall with necessary plugs, clamps and screws, and giving water supply connection and painting the exposed pipe connection with two coats of paint of approved colour, including all labour, materials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinnaware water closet of European type (White) of double trap syphonic with fibre cover including all fittings and necessary lead pipe jointing the trap with C.I. pipe, the pipe connection being embedded below floor level in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 including cost of fittings of low level flushing cistern with syphonic fitting tank of 12.5 litre capacity with inlet and over flow at bottom and connecting it with water supply pipe line and painting the pipe line with two coats of paint approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinaware water closet of indian style (white color) of approved quality (make parryware/Hindware) and size 580mmx440mm with foot rests (Oriya type) with necessary 'P' or 'S' trap in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 (one lime two sand) and plastering with CM 1:3 (one cement, three sand) finshing roughly to receive floor finish including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by departmental officers.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement Sheet roofing (AC Sheet) incliding ridges, hips, velleys, gutters, etc., and stacking the serviceable materials and dispostal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia.PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc.,cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia.PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 75 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of G.I. Barbed wire 10 gauge (6Rm. / Kg.) two ply three points confirming to I.S. Code No. 278 -1962 Type - I, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stapples or steel pins etc., for horizontal and tying with the fencing / M.S angle post using G.I steel wire including all materials, labour, tools etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
