Providing and laying of GI pipes complete with cost of G.I pipes/fittings/gate valves/ sluice valve / flow meter on R/main & G/main / distribution system / all types of pipe specials & installation of tap connection as per site requirement including carriage.

Civil Work

Construction of 20,000 Glns Cap GSR round in shape with internal diameter of 6.25 mtrs and dome height of 4.60 mtrs from gsr bed inclusive of free board and dome curvature trench depth 1.20 mtrs in all kinds of soil inclusive of platform cutting with required cement conc. work shall conform to relevent IS code pertaining to water retaining structure in Bed Slab and Gola, beams, slabs, bome, walls etc. with standard specifications of mud mat, plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, flooring in 1:2:4 and cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:3 mix complete with admixtures, fittings, steel built-up sections and carriage of material ( complete job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. (Turn key basis)

Construction of 10000 Glns Cap GSR round shape with internal diameter of 4.80 mtrs and height of dome from bed slab as 4.80 mtrs upto curvature of the dome with 1:11/2:3 mix Reinforced cement concrete with reinforcement as per standarad norms in Bed Slab and Gola 1:1 ½:3 mix Cement concrete in Beams, Slabs, Dome, and 50mm thick flooring etc. with standard specifications of mud mat, plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, fand cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:3 mix complete with admixtures, fittings, steel built-up sections and carriage inclusive of standard fitting like PVC plain bends, MS Plate with delivery ,distrinbution wash-out.(Complete Job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. Construction of Pump room of size 7.95 mtr x 3.70 mtrs interal size with 02 Doors and 03 Windows in Standard brick masonary with wall thickness 9" complete with earthwork in excavation 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan, standard mud mat 0.20 mtrs thick with foundation in 1:4:8 mix cement conc. topped by damp proof course 50mm thick in 1:2:4 mix and brick wrok FPS of class desgination 75 and RCC Slab/Beams/Lintels in 1:1½:3 mix with 20mm nominal size stoine agg. inclusive of 15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick work in 1:4 mix, complete with plint protection, centering, shuttering, finishing with water proof paint with MS Steel sliding shutters all as per specification and drawing to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-in-charge as per established practices and specifications). Construction of compond wall in brick masonary 1:6 cement motor having uniform height of 1.80 mtr in thickness 0.225 mtrs laid over foundation plinth in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix-0.45 mtrs below ground with 20% NSL (Natural Soil Level) over mud mat of 1:4:8 mix having thickness 0.15 mtrs and above NSL by 0.30 mtrs having overall length of 99.10 mtrs with provision for agated pillar of side 2.409X1.80 having pillar size on either side of 0.60x0.60x1.80 including centering, shuttering, stuttering, propering etc and removal of form work in foundation footing, basses of coloumn etc for mass concrete, finishing walls with 15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick in 1:6 cement motor as also on plinth sides, top of plinth and of sets and finishing walls with water proffing cement paint of approved brand and maufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats on new work including supply of materials such as cement, sand, aggregates stones all complete including fixing of MS gate over MS Hings embedded by way of MS hold fasts embedded in concrete at top and bottom of either pillar of the gate all complete details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. Re-Development of borewell by air compressor of adequate capacity for a maximum period of 60 hrs or till clear portable drinking water free from impurities is obtain including stabilization/ testing of mini tubewell (borewell) by way of over pumping using vertical turbine/submersible pump set till the clear portable drinking water is obtained and achieved during the yield test including cost of MS casing pipe of dia 200mm complete as direction of the Engineer-Incharge.

MECHANICAL COMPONENTS Providing Of HC Pump Motor Set(2Nos) for Each Stage:- Providing of multi stage HC Pump of 5000 GPH X 150 MTR head coupled with suitable induction motor. The recommended make of pump should be Kirloskar, Mathur & Platt, and KSB along with recommended make induction motor of kirloskar, ABB, Alstom, Marathon. The specification of motor should be 384+15 % voltage range, 2900 rpm, 50 HZ, 2 Poles, TEFC Cooled. The pumping machinery should confirm relevant ISO standard with all latest amendment. The equipment should also be accompanied with test certificate and performance curve. (Total no of pump-sets 2x1nos=02nos)
