The strength of picture rail should be such as to carry load capacity to bear 100 kg per mtr weight. Two pipes are to be jointed by solid brass jointer. The chain should be designed in this way that they are adjustable. Complete in all respect including cost of brackets, hangers, chain etc. made of solid brass. work shall be done as per the directions of EIC.

Provding and fixing designer stainless steel handles of length 300 mm for glass doors including necessary hard ware as required complete in all respect

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick lacquered glass on top of table as per direction of EIC

Providing and fixing a circular discussion table of 1400mm diameter and 750mm height. Top shall be 20mm thick in old teakwood cladded with mirror as per shade approved by the architect. The wooden sides to be finished in metallic painted finish to achieve chrome glossy finish. The table support to be in SS framework and section as per image and design approved by the architect. The rate shall be inclusive of adhesive and all the hardware like nails, screws, etc. required to complete the item.
