RAW WATER PUMPING MACHINERY & ELECTRICAL WORK

Supply, installation, testing and commisssioning of vertical turbine pumpsets with allied equipment as under (Please refer to Section 5,Sl. 2.4 of SBD)

Vertical Turbine Pump -: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical Turbine Pump conforming IS: 1710/ 1972, [make: Kirloskar/WPIL/Mather & Platt], single/multi stage, Radial/Mixed flow, capable of discharging 20.16 LPS against a head of 55 m consisting of bowl assembly dynamically balanced bronze/ SS impellers, stainless steel pumpshaft and line shaft of 60 ft flanged column assembllies of 1.5 m length and with 9 mm thick MS fabricated column assembly, with strainers, prelubrication tank, Non reverse ratchet coupling, pressure gauge, required size of sluice valve and non-return valve & all accessories.

Induction Motor-: Above mention pump shall be coupled with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor conforming IS:325 and IS:12615 having 15% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz with 1500 rpm [make: Kirloskar/ BHEL/IE3/ Crompton Greaves/ ABB]. Including cost of construction foundation, bolt nut, with all suction/delivery piping works required for the job, etc. all complete job.

Starter: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of assembled Fully Automatic Star Delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate induction motor with no volt coil, over load relay and ON/OFF push buttons, with necessary material and connected to supply, etc. all complete. Earthing: Earthing with copper earth plate including accessories and providing masanory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 m long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required conforming IS:3043 for each motors. Include Connection on with GI Strip.

Crane: Providing, erecting triple spur gear type Chain Pulley Block suitable for 3 Tonne capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark. With travelling trolley etc., all complete.

Change over switch: Supplying, erecting change over switch of 100A suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz.

Cable: Power wiring with required 50 Sq mm, 3.5 core, 1.1KV grade, armoured cable, Standard Aluminium conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated cable from Transformer to Stablizer & Panel (MCP) including laying on wall or on floor as where required, jointing and making proper terminations,etc. all complete.

Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump -: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing/Multi stage/ Ring section Centrifugal Pump conforming IS: 6595, [make: Kirloskar/ WPIL/ Mather & Platt], capable for discharging required flow and head, including construction of MS Suction/ delivery header, jointing it with Suction and Delivery line by providing required MS/CI pipes, flanges, reducer and specials, nuts bolts, packings, pressure gauge, standard fittings etc. required size of sluice valve and non-return valve, base plate & all accessories.

Tansformer Installation: Cost of construction of PCC platform/ foundation with DP structure in PSC Pole for above mention transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse, disc & pin insulator, lightening arrester with earthing, stay sets, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material, technicians, labours, Grouting, PCC work, fencing, Danger board, testing of transformer oil, fitting, fixing, connecting with HT/LT lines, etc. for power supply, etc. all complete as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.

The cost shall including cost all taxes, inspection charges transprotaion to work site and earth work involved, all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. 20 mm dia pipe.

Providing and supplying G.I. pipes (Tata and equivalent make) for usage in drinking water with quality system, The cost shall include testing of all materials all taxes central, State, Municipal, Inspection charges transportation up to site transite insurance, loading, unloading, stacking etc. complete as specified and directed.

Lowering laying and jointing HDPE/MDPE pipe in proper position including all specials by Compression fitting/Electrofusion and but fusion jointing procedure including hydraulic testing as er relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like electrofusion machine, Electric mirrior/heater/but fusion welding machine with hydraulic testing and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 part II

Supplying labour and tools for fixing G.I. pipes with Red lead and yarn of following nominal bore with screwed and socketted joints on wall, ceiling and floor including supplying and fitting of wall hooks or pipe clamps, wooden plugs, cutting pipes to size and threading ends if required etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/l.
