Taking out carefully unserviceable end termination joint, Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable or size 120 to 185 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01 above, but suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 300 sqmm.

All as per item No.01 above, but for indoor type termination cold shrink type joint suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm

Taking out old un serviveable HT cable of any size and type.

Supply and lay HT XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 11000 volt grade, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid in trenches / under floor / roads / along poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection, GI pipes, MS clamps, nut and bolts required for laying in trenches and fixing along poles shall be measured and paid separately).

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations laying of U/G cable etc. and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 9 above but exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3m in depth.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply and fix protection to cable with one layer of PCC cover HVP Type-I size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the PCC cover is at right angle to the central axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for G.I. tubing light grade of size 80mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation of poles filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as coping of poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin pointing fault of faulty 11 KV HT cables by using HT cable fault locator machine and highpot testing at 22 KV after removing the fault complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to GOD switch 11KV, HT mechanically operated vertical and horizontally operated by cleaning of moving/static contacts with tetra chloride solution scrapping and making smooth to existing spot points of the contacts by emery paper, providing grease on moving contacts mechanical torque joint, tightening of canopy with drop out fuse set ( three contacts in each GOD ) including replacement of the following unserviceable parts (a) ACSR Jumper with RYB, PVC sleeves 1.5M to 2 Mtr long - 03 Nos (b) Brass connector brackets with bolts, nuts etc - 03 set (c) Copper lugs of suitable size (d) HT barrel fuses of suitable fuses - 03 Nos complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for GOD insulator, HT, 11 KV post type insulator supplied and fixed in repair the insulator conforming to IS of Make Jai shree/ Bikaner Ceramics/ Jaipuria Brothers/ Rashtriya Electric.

S&F in replacement Cable route indicators (HT) made out of cast iron, and supported with angle iron including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) cable route indicator angle embedded with PCC not less than size 15cm x 15cm x 30cm in ground including earth work all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Disc type porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator, 145 mm height, 255 mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly 11000 Volts grade including taking down unserviceale disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut 150mm height,150mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade supplied and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Galvanised steel wire, 4 mm dia including galvanized mild steel binding wire 1.63 mm dia or cradles, guards fabricated with galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm dia including binding with 1.63 mm dia galvanized steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Aluminium strip 25x3mm cutting,bending and fixing including taking down unserviceable Aluminium perished strip, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI strip 25x 4 mm cutting,bending and fixing including tking down unserviceable GI Strip all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour hard core of gauge not exceeding 40 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including watering and rammed to a true surface.

Material and labour for painting of chain link fencing with two coat of aluminimum paint including preparation of surfaces over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Danger notice plate of size 25 cm x 20 cm x 1.60 mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of 25 mm x 3 mm MS flat iron including bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-410-S grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing PCC/steel HT pole of any description complete all as directed and specified.

S & Fixing Pressed concrete pole 11 mtr long 152mmX152 mm at top and 152mm X260 mm at bottom Class 9 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, as specified type 410 SP-44 (10 .00 mtr long) including painting of complete pole 9m long with 2 coats of aluminium anti corrosive paints of first quality over a coat of red oxide primer including painting to pole upto 1.5m height from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint 2 coat in black and white alternate strip including numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint both paint aluminium/synthetic duly approved by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the sample of transformer oil from bottom of each transformer and HT OCB installed at various locations for checking die elecric strength & acidity test of oil and carrying out dehydration (Filtration) of cooling/ insulating oil of HT/LT transformers and HT switch gears through straight line oil filtration plant for removing carbon deposit, extracting moisture content etc, after filtration, the oil shall withstand die electric strength 50 KV within 1 minute with 4 mm Gap, Die elecric strength & acidity to be tested before and after filtration and submit the test results all as specified. Note:- (i). Rate deemed to be inclusive of topping up of oil for transformers/ switch gears. (ii). Oil for topping up will be measured and paid seperately under item No-43 here-in-after.

Supply only insulating /cooling Transformer oil EHV type conforming to IS 3357 of 1983 suitable for 11 KV transformers / switch gear etc having die electric strength of more than 50 KV for filling / topping up complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fill new Jel including taking down existing unserviceable silica jel from breather of transformer complete all as specified and directedd by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fill new breather assembly including taking down existing unserviceable breather of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT connection of transformer and opening up the top cover of transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout repairs at site, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container (containers to be provided by the contractor) and repair to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bus rods including necessary soldering/jointing etc and after complete repair refilling the dehydrated oil,replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as directed by Engineer in charge (Notes :(i) Labour component required for the repalcement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (ii) Major parts (as required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’ (iii) Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’ (iv) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item) Note: Rate deemed to be inclusive of securing the cables on HT/LT side for tension free at cable entry box.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of indoor/outdoor type transformers upto 500 KVA capacity at various substations for painting and applying one coat of spray paint with synthetic enamel paint of approved tint without distributing/damaging the electrical network system /equipment including marking of ratings/incoming/outgoing details/SM Nos in capital English alphabet of sizes all as directed. Note for 46 & 47:- 1. Rate deemed to be inclusive of securing the cables on HT/LT side for tension free at cable inletbox and improving the IR values of HT/LT side winding, if values are not permisible limits.

Disconnecting the HT 11 KV VCB/SF6 panel capacity ranging from 630/400 Amp, Over hauling of complete panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified Parts/accessories shall be cleaned properly and refixing the parts at its original locations, checking and repair of the internal panel wiring with suitable size of wire and remove the carbon deposited inside the contract, cleaning the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assemblies, Testing of primary injection and secondary injection of CT and PT's by authorised company rep and replacing all other spare parts all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and reassembled after repair/replacement of following parts. Note: Spare parts as required for replacement of existing worm out parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items Nos here-in-after as supply only of make Crompton greaves and Siemens.

Decarbonsing/cleaning complete HT panels board, 11 KV cubicle type, consists of bus bar chamber, circuit chamber and metering chambers, by opening the spout/bus covers inspecting the bus bar joints, cleaning of bus bars, checking the bus bar spouts and circuit spouts for any flash overs/tracks, applying Becktolred solution to the bus bars and spouts having moderate tracking, replacement of bus bar/circuit spouts in case of spouts subjects to heave tracking, applying HT insulated red compounds/Monoplist compound at the bus bard joints after tightening of joints, cleaning of bus bar insulators and bus bars with CTC and ensure proper decarbonisation and re-assembling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting and taking out the IDMT relay three-element type CDG61/CDG31 of EE make/JM 10 of Essunreroll/ICM 21P of ABB make(Two numbers of current and one number earth fault element)from HT 11 KV panel,cleaning the contacts. Calibrating the relay by conduting primary injection and seondary injection tests,checking of current transformer, rectifiation of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit brakers through CTs and relays and tripping coils adjustment/setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping time of upstream brakers, re-installation of the relay in circuit complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The contractor shall provide necessary testing kits, testing equipments,tools etc and shall also prepare the detailed test reports panel wise duly bounded and submit to the department. Rate for the kits and equipment is deemed to beincluded in rate quoted. Testing and turning shall be carried out in the prsence of Engineer-in-Charge to the satisfaction of department failing payment for the above item will not be made to the contractor. No claim from the contractor be enterained on this account.

PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one metre away from the earth pit and GI pipe fittings for watering shall be provided up to chamber and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate of earthing. Note: GI strip upto 7.5m is deemed included in this item.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm thick by means of with brazing at joints and connecting to testing point including provision of test point, test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with 8 CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as directed . Note: Copper Earth strip upto 7.5m is deemed included in this item.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yard after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate. Note: The sub station shall be kept clean throughout the contract period by repeatedly removing the grass/weeds as many times depending on the growth of the grass.

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamp in diffrent colour code LED/Neon type complete (RYB) suitable for HT VCB 630/400 Amp including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying in replacement Rubber mat of 1 mtr x 2 mtr x 32 mm at sub station complete all directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement PG clamp for ACSR Panther conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F High voltage HRC Link fuse 40 A , 11000 Volts fuses( as per sample kept at AGE E/M office) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and maintenance of EOT crane 5 Ton installed at ASTE Hanger by checking all mechnical and electrical equipment/system for normal working and testing with the load ( Load will be proveded by Contractor for load Test ) including greasing, oiling and replacing minor spares and consumables complete all as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable crab system of 5 ton capacity servicing the rail allignment including refixing the crab properly and commissioning.

Dismanting the gear box of the EOT crane 5 Ton installed at ASTE and repair servicing the gear box including replacement of wornout parts replacement the gear oil and refixing the same.

Disconnecting HT/LT connection of transformer and opening up the top cover of transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout repairs at workshop, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container and repair to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bus rods including necessary soldering/jointing etc and after complete repair refilling the dehydrated oil,replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as directed by Engineer in charge (Notes :(i) Labour component required for the replace of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (ii) Major parts (as required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’/ BOQ (iii) Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’/ BOQ (iv) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item) (v) Transporting to workshop with its own vehicle and shifting back after repairs to the original location with its own manpower deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against the item.
