Earth work excavation for foundation in ordinary soil, light black cotton sandy loam and dry silt including shoring, strutting, baling or pumping out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick and depositing the surplus earth at places as directed by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift - 10 m (CBE DATA 25-26 P-3)

Providing and laying well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in lead chart to the road side including loading, unloading and stacking the well gravel at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including labour charges for laying spreading leveling to camper etc., complete as per specifications (ROAD DATA 24-25 P-18)

Providing Green board on walls in cm 1:3 mix 12mm thick using necessary black board ingredients etc., completed (CBE DATA 23-24 P-22 )

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work (CBE DATA 25-26 P-10)
