Providing fixing pannelling with hard wood planks for shutter doors, windows and clestory windows (Area of opening for pannel inserts excluding portions inside grovees or rebates to be measured) including cost of timber, transportation charges to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC etc, complete. Pannelled or pannelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick.

Provding and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight up to 35 kg and door width up to 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws, including cost of all materials, minor tools, labour welfare cess, GST etc, complete..

Providing and fixing white vitreous China pedestal type water closet (Eropean type W.C pan) with seat and lid, CP brass hinges and rubber budffers, 10 litre low level PVC flushing with fittings C.I. MS brackets, 40 mm diameter flush pipe with fittings and clamps, over flow arrangement with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design including painting of fittings and brackets,cutting andmaking good the walls and floors wherever required. Removing and disposal of night soil from inspection chamber by manually including removing and refixing of cover slab, cleaning and blockages in sewage pipes and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of the inspection chamber and disposing the removed materials at a distance of 500 mtrs from th einspection chamber including cost of kerosene, phynoil, soap all labour charges, minor tools and plants, GST, LWC,etc, complete.

Removing and disposing of night soil from septic tank by Mechanically operating vehicle, including cleaning the blockages and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of septic tank and disposing the removed sludge/ materials including hire charges of equipped vehicle,all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing the following PVC pipes on wall face PVC (working pressure 4 kgf per sqcm) rain water pipes conforming to IS 4985 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, GST, LWC, etc, complete.
