Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Taking out brick bat, pebbles, muds, clay sludge, cleaning of drains by removing silt, etc from the bottom of drain and culvert bed, removing to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in cover slabs (for septic tanks, manholes) and similar articles including necessary moulds/fromwork set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified & directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick endura heavy duty Industrial tiles (sqaure/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.08 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer mortar in CM 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles of any description with bedding layer of mortar and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thickness M-35 grade Machine pressed precast concrete factory made paver block confirming to IS-15658-2006 (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable epoxy coating) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings and demolition of old jallies, removal of rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, sub base to paving complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks), sub class'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 13 but except bricks (using old servicable bricks)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , fillet, gola, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete in steps, jambs, pillars, window and cills,cooking plateform over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4, pointing in white cement using marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including dismantling of existing tile or stone slab with bedding layer of mortar of any description and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Frame work such as door or gates etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion, making good disturbed ground and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barded with 2mm dia wire at 75 mm spacing, straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, standard bolts including securing or tying at crossing with galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50mm x 50 mm mesh, including binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh, fixed to RCC fencing post with bolts etc including fixing of binding wire / line wire, Mild steel round bar etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply of Galvanized steel wire chain link fecncing, Mild steel round bars, Mild steel flat iron, Nuts, Bolts & Washers will be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end, screwed the other or screwed both ends. Each screwed end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 10cm long (dia of shank 12mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia mild steel round bars as in stiffener to chain link fencing including necessary cutting bending etc. conforming to Grade-I, IS 432-2000 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notiching for wire etc, flat iron 40x6 mm fillet (for securing wire mash etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or revetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 150mm thick concrete bed to drain pipes including forming cadles in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for 200 mm bore of over pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stop ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, cooler stand and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of existing undulated interlocking tile (paver) including sand cushioning of any description, providing PCC sub base 1:4:8 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to make up, maintain with adjacent sub base top level, laying same interlocking tiles and sand cushioning as per site condition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast interlocking paver blocks factory made confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thick grade of concrete M-40 with cement and coloured pigment (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick wirh white cement and colour pigment non fadable with epoxy coating) complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2( using 40 mm garded stone aggregate), as in sub base (75mm thick) to paving complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand filling in floors or paving incl levelling , watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.
