Providing and laying in floors/skirting Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles (Antiskid) of approved make (Johnson/ Kajaria/Nitco) floor tiles of different sizes 300x300mm/400x400mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with synthetic grout mixed with matching pigments, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in risers of steps skirting , dado and pillars laid on 12mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slabs including noising, rubbing and granite polishing to give high gloss finish.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made Cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M- 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required Colour, and pattern over and including 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 bed including cost of filling the joints with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with matching pigment all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick (NTC Make) in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Medium shade using 50% white cement 50% ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing 1st quality coloured (as approved) ceramic glazed tiles on wall conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make NITCO/Kajaria/Johnson and colour shades as required in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ Sqmt including finishing the joints with Synthetic Grout mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete size 300x450 mm / 300x600 mm.
