GI tube 'B' class confirming to IS:1239 duly welded with MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx12 mm thick (on the existing RCC foundation) i/c providing and fixing SOH Bracket of 500 mm made out of suitable fixture size dia pipe with a canopy of 300 mm, also with necessary reducer suitable size for light fitting for fixing, numbering of poles, primer and enamel painted in colour approved by Engineer in-charge etc. complete as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Hot press moulded SMC Junction Box pole connector box made out of Fiber rein- forced plastic compound of approx. inner dimension 240mm(H) x 130mm(W) x 95 mm(D), side hinged Door fixed to base with hinges suitable to mount on 80 mm dia. GI pole complete with following accessories:- (a)6 ampr.SP MCB of 10 KA (b) 4 way, 220v , 30Amp, dough moulded connector(SMC) with stainless inserts. Suitable size hole at suitable location on Box wall for cable & wire entr, Earth bolts M 6 x 20m, complete mopunting arrangement as required.

GI tube 'B' class confirming to IS:1239 duly welded with MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx12 mm thick (on the existing RCC foundation) i/c suitable mounting arrangement for Post Top LED Fixture, numbering of poles, primer and enamel painted in colour approved by Engineer in-charge etc. complete as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) RCC foundation of size 400 mm (L) x 400 mm (W) x 1200 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, re-filling, providing,cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm dia- 1350 mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 1600 mm long (approx)- 9 Nos. on 150 mm spacing including supply and fixing of one set comprizing of 4 Nos. 16 mm dia 600 mm long J type foundation bolts(threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 Nos. GI nuts and 2 Nos. GI washer per bolt, 2 Nos. DWC pipe of 32/40 mm dia. of suitable length embeded in the foundation for drawing of incoming & outgoing cable after excavation for foundation , dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 mtr and getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by Engineer-in Charge etc. complete as required.. The Tor steel used in Foundations shall be ISI marked.

System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output .LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. CRI≥70,CCT: 3000-6700 K, Life span of LED's > 50,000 Hrs, System efficacy (L/W) > 100 L/W, operating Voltage: 100-270V, PF≥0.95 , Surge protection -10KV, IP Protection -IP ≥66, IK≥07, THD< 10% etc. complete as required.
